Hardee's — Restaurant in Coats

On a recent visit, my husband ordered 2 of the chicken strip. I guess the employee felt he waited much to long for his order, gave both orders a couple extra. Although I'm sure the owner has found great customer service from this employee in the past- we were delighted they felt to " ask for a return visit" by their kind jesture. Today, it is so hard to find help, let alone help offering sincere and genuine customer service to hungry patrons such as myself and my husband for an error. Apparently, after my husband placed his order, they lost track of it. The business wasn't busy, simply understaffed, making it a very busy moment. With all the recent covid closures and loss of revenue- encouraging patrons to return- trust us- we follow guidelines- customer service can be left behind. I wasn't present at the time of my husband's visit- so to the owner of this Hardee's.......a grateful thank you. It just so happened those " extra" chicken strips afforded us lunch the next day along with the memory of this employees kindness. I will return, find the employee- a name and continue with a humbled heart to write to the corporate office. As far as the quality of our food- oh wow, very,very good. The strips were not greasy, actual chicken- from the breast of the chicken. Moist, not dry- also, heated wonderfully the next day. Our visit was Sunday May 1st approximately 7:30-8:00 pm. My husband describes this employee to me as a male- bald( like my handsome husband!) Wasnt sure of his age- perhaps mid 30's. Hopefully- he will an easy find and I can acknowledge him, fellow and future employees, the owner and the Hardee family.

Worst hardees ive ever been too the last time i came a week ago i ordered a mushroom swiss and 5 piece tenders i got home and the fries was hard they was so old and they burger got theown in the trash like it had been sitting all day and the chicken tenders was 7 pieces of nuggets and hard as bricks could even bite in them so tonight i decided to order 15 piece tenders online i waited 15 mins as online said drice ten mins there to be told oh sorry we dont have any nor can we refund your money and told me i had to figure out how to get my refund from the place i ordered " their website " so aince there waa no way to get a refund i said i was going to call the corporate office ,then they magically found 15 tenders ,its just pure laziness ,i would not reccommend stopping here to eat theres been so many times i stop here because is conveneint and its always the same situation i write this review while im waiting 15 more mins on my food so now i have 45 mins of waiting on my order ,its just complete none sense and they all seem to hate there job the black woman that looks like a man and the lil short mexican woman who was the manager at that time should not work at a business that requires...

I've been coming to this place for years. They know me. They messed up my order. Hey, it happens. When I approached them about it. The heavyset cashier became aggressive and acted like it was my fault. It's been a very long time since I had to deal with somebody so rude like a female dog. I'll never go to Hardee's in coats again.

A friend of mine just came from Hardee's and without a word from me started complaining about the heavy set black lady that works there. My only thought is she must be family because nothing has been done about this girl and she still has direct access to customers. When are you going to remove her from customer service? You need to respect your customers and remove her from customer service? I will keep badmouthing this location until something is done. You may be the only fast food service in Coats but you are not invincible. Look at all the...
