If I could not rate the service here, I would. We hired Noah's Pizza Grill for our wedding. To say we are colossally disappointed is an understatement. We had 3 meetings before hand with the manager, Angela. She was pleasant & informative. The food was great each time & my parents & I were very excited about the food options for our wedding, considering the venue is less than a 1/2 mile so we knew the food would be hot and fresh. We also decided to have our casual rehearsal dinner at Noah's the night before as well. We were told we had to pay a $50 deposit to reserve the room but that it would be applied to our bill day of.
Rehearsal was 2/23/24 and the 2 staff members assigned to wait on our party were incredibly unfriendly & slow. Angela was too to help. We were charged $60 for a small silver tray of "salad" basically lettuce with the equivalent of 1 chicken breast on it. We were also charged $40 for 2 of the same size french fries. Then we were told the $50 fee was not actually able to be applied to our bill.
The next day at my WEDDING DINNER an entire dinner entree was missing. 2 full trayts. It was printed on my menus for the wedding along with 2 other entrees. We had confirmed my order just 4 days prior. I went up to Angela and asked her where the lasagna was and she was caught off guard & replied "oh I thought you cancelled it" which was a bold face LIE. Instead of owning up to her mistake and saying "I am so sorry I will have another entree sent from the restaurant ASAP" she tried to blame the customer. She quickly went up to my husband, not me, a refund for the 2 missing trays knowing she made a HUGE mistake. They then rationed out meatballs for the remainder of my guests because there was not enough food for the 140 ppl she knew I had to feed. Not even half way through calling tables, my dad went up for dinner & Angelas staff told him they were out of meatballs. I asked about this the day after & I was told "there were several pans of left overs and someone must have stolen them" because Angela is claiming we never ran out of food. I have had several guests explain to me they were never given any chicken in their alfredo or meatballs with their spaghetti. So to say I am embarrassed and disappointed just doesn't do it justice.
The food we taste tested and the food we received were DRASTICALLY different. Our alfredo barely had any broccoli or chicken in it to warrant paying over $85 a tray for. I can't even believe my dinner at my wedding was a complete disaster ALL because of Noah's Pizza & Grill. They are refusing to take responsibility and are highly unprofessional. The manager even threw in my face that "they lost money on me" which is not my problem. I never once asked for anything free. I paid in cash full & tipped over 20% to their servers on both occasions. Their staff even had the nerve to gossip about my wedding guests at the venue DURING my reception. To the point where other guests had to notify me of it being so obvious.
I would NEVER recommend anyone using this company for any sort of catering or large orders. This is just absurd & embarrassing to the owner, Omar, & his wife Angela. Do better. The manager, Angela, sent some phony invoices not even real receipts from the business trying to say she gave free items or no charge items and break down the cost for THEIR ESTABLISHMENT after the fact. She obviously does not know what she is doing & if she feels they lost money, should do better to charge...
Read moreIf I could rate this place less than one star I would. Called tonight to have dinner delivered. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Did not ask me to hold and wanted to take order. This process was akin to talking to 10 second Tom. I obviously did not have her attention as I had to repeat the entire order several times at different intervals. My "large" order irritated her and it was my fault. Veggie Calzone, Supreme Calzone, Medium Mushroom, bacon and pepperoni pizza, onion rings and bbq wings. Again, talking through the checkout process was again working with 10second Tom. With a credit card number you can understand the ensuing frustration. An hour later our long awaited meal is here.........The delivery man was very polite and endearing. Dropped off our appetizers and Calzones. .......No pizza. He called to find out what happened and was off to retrieve. The bbq wings came without a side dressing. The sauce didn't taste like bbq and had a pickle aftertaste. There was so much on them the wings were chewy and inedible. Sauce was canned and chemically. The onion rings were super thin and had not been drained of their oil so I received a soggy mound of limp rings. The calzones, neither of them had sauce on them. There was sauce on the side that was cold, sweet and obviously canned. Half the veggies were still raw and there was so much oil all over everything. The delivery guy made it back, with a piping hot medium pizza. (Meaning we didn't get it with the rest of the food because they just didn't make it.) Good news! There was sauce on the pizza! But there was so much oil and grease it left a disgusting film in my mouth. The mushrooms were canned. I don't think they know what a fresh vegetable is. Spent more than $50 on a meal that went entirely into the trash. Done with this and going to eat leftovers from yesterday! Will not EVER eat here again. Do not...
Read moreSo i have lived in Coats, NC for a few years now. I eat at Noah's about every week. Its my treat. But ever since i have been a customer, i have noticed that the people that answer the phone have dont have very good customer service skills. They are always in a rush to get you off the phone and not very pleasant. But just last night i ordered 30+ dollars of food, for me and my girl. She had a hard day so i asked for some dessert that they were out of, they recommend something else, so i ordered it. I paid for the order over the phone with a card. They told me it would be 15 - 20 min to be ready. So my girl goes to pickup the order and they weren't ready, she had to wait an additional 15 mins for them to finish the order. She comes home and as she is walking in the door, i get a call saying that we forgot our dessert, when i asked my girl, she says i didn't forget, they never gave it to me. Botched! So we are both tired and decided it wasn't worth going back out. I called to have them refund the dessert, and they said they can't because the card isn't on file and they have to have it. I respond with "well you charged me over the phone" and the girl just stuttered. Now im mad, i told them to keep the money, keep the cake, ill never be back and i come once a week. I hung up the phone, but it didn't end there, my pepsi that comes with the order tasted like pure soda water, and my wings were cold. Im done, Just done. The Mexican place in town won best in harnett this year and chinese is open on sunday. Noah's is no longer on my menu after 3 years of business. They need some real help in there, and ill never find out if...
