Truck drivers take note! If you're parked at the TA and want to try some local Italian cuisine, just about half a mile on foot will take you to a tasty and memorable dining experience. Coburg Pizza Company isn't accessible by tractor-trailer. BUT... Do yourself a favor and go for a walk to this restaurant and your tastebuds shall be rewarded for your efforts! I had chicken penne Alfredo that was anything but bland. The flavor was just a notch to the spicy side which set off the melted mozzarella and Alfredo sauce like fireworks. A perfect blend! Not too much sauce drowning it. Not too little chicken in the bowl. I felt like Goldilocks, because it was just right. A very satisfying portion in medium.... I still had to walk to the truck so I was satisfied but not so full that I needed an Uber back to the TA! Full disclosure: I couldn't decide, so I also ordered a pepperoni slice with side house salad and a drink, also! Best non-decision ever! The pepperoni slice was a healthy portion and dotted with many smaller flavor-packed pepperoni. It came out with my pasta and was served hot but not burn your mouth hot... more like perfect temperature hot. Simply a spicy slice of pepperoni perfection. The crust was on the thicker side but was soft and enjoyable to eat even after the pepperoni and cheese had bid me farewell. The house side salad was a plate full of bright greens with some olives, tomato, and cheese drizzled with an appropriate dressing. I'm afraid that if I ever get out here again from St Augustine, Florida, I STILL won't be able to decide what to order... and that's a good thing! Thank you Coburg Pizza Company for your friendly, safety conscious staff, your cozy, comfortable atmosphere, and a memory that will be remembered fondly. You made a tired truck drivers day better!

$49 for a gross burnt pizza, with crust made from stale-Saltine crackers. The worst tasting, but most expensive pizza I’ve ever had. The crazy thing is, I tried Coburg pizza at the Springfield location years ago, and I absolutely loved it there. But either they no longer care, or this location is just there to scam people. You’re better off saving your money for a $10 Dominos pizza, versus going to Coburg Pizza nowadays. F- 1/10 Do NOT recommend! ——————————— Coburg Pizza Company management left a reply that is a complete lie and fabrication! You never ever offered us a refund. We asked the lady at the cash register what we could do about our dissatisfaction and she just apologized and left. NEVER once did you or anyone from Coburg Pizza ever offer us a refund. We even called twice and left voicemails both times regarding our dissatisfaction. I have the call logs on my Verizon bill to prove it. I also have 3 witnesses that heard the voicemails we left for you. Let’s see your call logs, because if you had ever bothered to call us back and reverse the charges on our credit card, we would have happy obliged. But instead you lie like a dirty scammer. Thus you have no call logs to us, and thus why there was no voicemail from you. Try again. I have proof my calls, but you do not. Next time, just provide a refund instead of lying. Hope it was worth the $49 you scammed us out of.

Often, when a place is cutesy, it's telegraphing the message that architecture is more important than food (ie. Chucky Cheese). Not so with Coburg Pizza Company. Likewise, a huge menu is usually a red flag and indicative of many mediocre foods. Not in Coburg. Pizza choice is highly personal. Portland has some great pizza spots, but Coburg Pizza blows them away in terms of taste. The Onion Pizza from Coburg Pizza Company was one of the top three pizzas I've had in my life. Our party had a salad, Onion Pizza, and a Calzone. All were good, with the pizza being world-class. However, you should not go there expecting fast service because you won't get it. Service was unapologetically slow. There was a steady stream of customers, both for dine-in and take-out. Because of the large customer load, the parking lot was so crowded that I had to park on the street.

If you're looking for an Italian style restaurant this is not it. We got average food and poor, rude service. Three pizzas, soft drinks, and $107 later we were highly disappointed.

The service was poor and slow. The tables hadn't been cleaned. We were waiting an hour for the rest of our party and none of the employees went into the eating area to clean. We had to go out of our way to ask them to clean our table. We ordered three large pizzas, each one came out at separate times with the last one coming out 20-30 minutes later. Again, we ask where our third pizza was. She had no idea what we ordered and didn't go out of her way to check, indicating that they forgot about it! This is when the hostess got an attitude. After we received our last pizza 10 minutes later, the Hostess rudely tossed us our last Pizza on the table and walked away. Turns out they were making to go pizzas in between restaurant served pizzas. The staff that night were young teenagers that had no idea how to deal with restaurant patrons. Their excuse for poor service was understaffed due to COVID. I would have been willing to wait for all three pizzas instead of eating cold pizzas. After 2+ years in this pandemic, they should have adapted. Patrons are willing to wait for quality food and excellent, polite and professional service. The staff at Coburg Pizza were inefficient and ineffective. They delivered average, cold food and with rude, extremely poor service. All they did was complain. As for the pizzas themselves, from 1 to 10, I would give them a 6. I'm used to decent to good pizza this was decent. The type of pizzas we ordered we're more typical (pepperoni, cheese, veggie, hawaiian) and did not impress me. I think their odd specialty pizza would have tasted better. The reason to go there is the atmosphere because it's old style Oregon town. We did go on Sunday so heads up the whole town of Coburg shuts down. If you're driving a long way 4 Pizza and expect great pizza I would stay close to home not...

This little pizza joint has great food! We came on a Friday early evening and we were the only table in there. Their menu has a flavor for every taste preference and is very extensive. It was almost too much. It was very overwhelming. After we made our selection, we went to the line to order and pay. My husband and I ordered and paid for our item(s), and then my sister in law ordered and paid directly after us. We got our order numbers and went to our table. Almost immediately, our salad came out, which was delicious. And then the garlic knots came, which were also delicious! Shortly after that, our pizza came out piping hot. We ate a slice and figured sisters pizza would be right out, 20 minutes came and went, and her pizza didn't come, but a table that came in after us had theirs. At this point, I assumed the kitchen forgot to put my sister in laws order in. When she went and asked, she was told it was just about to go in the oven. Why would it be just headed to the oven when our pizza ordered directly in front of hers was done and out at the table? The reason service gets 2 stars is that my sister's pizza order was forgotten, but also, the actual service was lacking. There was a gal that would exit the ordering line and make a circle into the dining room, but never actually stopped at any tables to bus them, or ask if anyone needed anything. She did this circle 4 times while we were there, never stopping at our table. This could be improved upon. As our time wore on, they grew in busyness with to go orders and 2 other tables. When we left the table that came in after us still hadn't received their food. I think there could be better service and processing from the kitchen with a little thought. I don't want to detract from the food though! It was delicious, even with a wait. I would definitely return, but maybe on a "slower" day so we could potentially get...
