Miku Sushi and Steakhouse — Restaurant in Cockeysville

You only have to try this place once and you will be hooked!!! Despite having never dined in, we have ordered carryout and delivery well north of 50+ times over 10 years and they have never got a single order wrong! It amazes me how fast they get the food ready, no matter how large the order. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable for almost everything including some of the extravagant sushi rolls. The chefs don't cook with extra salt or msg and additives like most places and the quality of the ingredients as well as the sushi variety make this local spot my absolute favorite.

Some thoughts on some of the non-sushi popular dishes I keep getting: Orange chicken -always fresh white meat chicken, not too fried plenty for two people. (Same with general TSO chicken, just a bit spicier) Any variety of the noodles. Their large chicken and shrimp lo mein is never greasy and the chicken is to die for. (We always get it without vegetables and the portion size is gigantic and leftovers last for days) Pad Thai noodles with shrimp- taste authentic and like most everything, portions are huge. Phoenix dragon and inferno combination- half general tso chicken on 1 side and spicy Hunan shrimp and vegetables on the other. The two dishes never overlap in the container and it feels like nearly a full size portion of both. Chicken teriyaki- a generous portion that is always cooked just the right amount and the homemade sauce is not too sweet. I like to put coconut sriracha sauce on it.

Sushi- I've become a fan of the following rolls: Hunt valley roll Pearl River roll Hawaiian dragon roll Spicy tuna...

Greeted immediately upon entering the establishment by a very professional and kind gentleman. He seated up promptly to our table and looks very clean, organized, and the vibe is perfect for any occasion. We were met with glasses of water to start with before anything by a lovely lady, which I really love, as someone who loves their water 😋 our server was so inviting and kind, helped us figure out what to try, and we decided to order the Crab Rangoon to start with and it come out fairly quickly, piping hot and fresh!! Highly recommend. Then we placed our food order (as seen in the pictures posted) and WOW!! The food here was incredibly delicious!! Plenty of genre’s to choose from! Came here mainly for hibachi, but we also ordered the drunken noodles and it was one of the best dishes I’ve tried and highly recommend!! Looking forward to...

I get the three roll combination with the miso soup.

It is priced like some "fusion" places that are really Chinese restaurants catering to folks who don't understand that sushi is Japanese. This does not usually bode well for quality. However, the quality here is of a Japanese restaurant. A place that specializes in quality sushi instead of just "having it available."

The number of rolls for the special is limited, but there are still many to choose from, about 20, as I recall.

The shrimp tempura roll in that lunch special is probably the best deal, so I make sure to have it as one of my rolls.....sometimes...
