IF I COULD RATE A 0 I WOULD. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY DONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU WHEN YOU COME IN. WE WAITED 10MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO EVEN SAY HELLO TO US. THE LADY THEIR WAS ON PHONE AND DID NOT EVEN SAY GIVE ME A MOMENT SHE WAS TALKING TO SOME PERSON ABOUT PERSONAL MATTERS WHEN SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ATTENDING TO CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER DO ANY MORE BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE. THE BURGER WAS SMALL. THE FRIES WERE COLD. AND TO WAIT ON CONDIMENTS AND HAD TO GO UP COUNTER AND ASK AND NO ONE STILL SAID ANYTHING WAITED 5 MINUTES JUST TO GET 3 KETCHUP PACKETS.

AND THE MENS BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTING. SOMEONE LEFT FECAL MATTER ON THE TOILET AND DID NOT EVEN CLEAN...

this happened to me probably a month ago so I ordered tacos online it said that it was going to be ready in 20 min, I went after 20 min to pick up my tacos and when I got there my tacos where not there that somebody else took it the lady Infront didn't know what to do she said door dash took it I told her how can door dash take it if I had put I was going to pick up make it make sense ?!! she didn't know what to say or do I said I want my tacos I pay almost $40 she said she couldn't give me my tacos since somebody under my name took it I was just so upset! just be careful next time yall come here and don't order your food online because they will give it to...

The food is good. But don’t bother ordering ahead they don’t prioritize the pick up orders. Showed up a little after my pick up time and still waited. When I showed up they tried to tell me that the order was not received but they just don’t check the tablet for orders. They also don’t answer the phone to order ahead. After I told them I was picking up they continued to take orders that walked in and I ended up waiting an hour and 15min total for my order. The guy up front didn’t bother to say anything or check on my order. Instead one of the cooks offered me a water and apologized....
