I'd rate it 5* if it didn't have a sink placed in front of a mural & trash over much of the park. Seems like so much more should be there and things that could have been built in...

1. Sink at least 8" to the right or way to the left by port-a-potty.
2. West wall mural design onto or short of utility box.
3. Large utility box should have been Stevie with a famous hat & guitar 🎸 solo.
4. They call the park a Stage without a platform...just grass.
5. NOT PRESENT but should have been, speakers belting out some Southern Blues, Texas Style. Esp those of Texas... instead we are left with Blue Sky's Crying for our Lost Brother, and Cedar Hill's cities failings or oversight! Sad but Joy, CH's...
