Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Coffeyville

Hamburger buns are either not toasted or not toasted enough and the hamburger patties do not taste like they're cooked all the way. Also when I eat the hamburgers eventually I start feeling sick with upset stomach, but Braum's is the only place I get that feeling from anywhere else I go I never get a sick feeling like that. So there's got to be something wrong with the food or the way it's prepared because something is not right I should not feel like that only when I go get hamburgers there plus I'm not the only one that's ever felt like they were getting sick after eating hamburgers from there and other Braum's locations also because I know at least three or four other people that have discontinued going there to eat in the restaurant or even get takeout because they were uncomfortable and dissatisfied having a sick feeling after eating hamburgers and it always end up being that item for some reason whether it's the bag of burgers cheeseburgers or any hamburger at all and it's got something to do with the hamburger meat and the hamburger buns one way or the other there's something wrong with it also it does not matter if it's dine in...

As I sauntered into this fine establishment, I was met by the friendly staff who instantly greated me with a warm and inviting, "Welcome to Braum's!" My companions answered with an equally cordial thank you. As I surveyed the many delicious and delightful options that I found in front of me on the menu, I instantly was drawn to the triple cheese burger whose picture showed a juicy mound of all American freedom other wise known as beef. The lady who took my order, who reminded of Betsy Ross quilting the first American flag, was delighted to take my order and made sure to ask if I wanted to upside my order. Once my order was complete it only took a matter of time to receive it much like the inevitably of America succeeding from the British. I sat down and enjoyed my morsel savoring every bite of the freedom that I'd purchased. Facilities were excellent and we're as clean as the the signatures written on the declaration of independence. For being the only ones there in line, it took way too long to get attention. It was WAY DIRTY in the ice cream counter where they make shakes! My mouth dropped and my eyes grew large! I just couldn't believe it. And there were managers there too, and no one welcomed us. Very disappointing! I had never experienced this before here. There were less than ten ppl in the lobby. A little skimpy on my frozen yogurt, but I didn't mind that too much. And the food was good. However, they tried to give my husband someone else's food and drink 🧐🤔🤨 Hummm....all that having been said I do love Braums and will go back again and hope its better. I hope that you work to correct this as this should NEVER EVER HAPPEN. This happened on Tuesday 4th 2023 in the evening.
