Mariachis — Restaurant in Coldwater

The food here is pretty good but unfortunately I have had too many bad customer service experiences here to go back. I have been here MANY times and I enjoy the food but I will not ever be going back. My coworkers and I like to order food every Friday and we switch it up and a few weeks ago we went here well they messed up our order pretty bad but we were willing to give them another shot (mind you this is over $100 order) Then today we order from them and just didn’t not have a good experience again. We had a friend picking up the order for us and when she got there they told her there they weren’t sure what order she was talking about (which is understandable since they were busy) but the guy was rude to her and seemed annoyed that she was there. After 15 minutes of waiting they figured out which order was ours and she brought the order to the office. She got here and we thought it was weird we didn’t get any chips and salsa with all the meals we order. Then we noticed there was a few other very minor things that weren’t done right. We called and asked about why we didn’t get chips and Salsa with our meals and they advised you have to pay extra for they chips and salsa on to go orders. We had order guacamole dip and we didn’t get chips with that either and the guy on the phone advices you have to pay for the chips separately. I then asked if he could please give us an itemized receipt as well (so people new what they needed to pay) and he got very huffy and puffy and said how hard and difficult that was???? I was not being rude or asking for much just a receipt that we should have gotten in the first place. He said we could come back and he would give us some chips for the guacamole so we sent someone back to get that and the receipt and he was very VERY rude to her and told her we got everything we paid for and we needed to pay for the singular bag of chips we wanted for the guacamole. I have no problem paying for what I order but when a business tells you to come back and they will give you something you expect them not to go back on what they said. Very disappointed as we were told their food was great and were super excited to try it. We never got to try it due to it taking over an hour. When we asked about our food, our waiter told us ten minutes. Since it was taking so long and we had our baby and toddler who were getting fussy, we asked them to put our food in to go boxes. We waited and then the next time he came back, he said ten minutes again. At this point it had been over an hour since we ordered(I think he must’ve forgotten to put our order in or it got overlooked, as other people that came in after us and at the same time as us were eating and some even almost finished with their food) we asked to cancel our order and pay for our drinks. They got upset with us for this and rushed our food out after we asked to cancel, and didn’t even have them in to go boxes or ready to go at all. At this point my baby was crying, I was crying, and we just wanted to leave. It was a very disappointing experience. I understand being busy, but when the waiter didn’t give us our booster for our toddler, never asked how we were doing or if we needed more drinks, and took almost twenty minutes to even take our order, I was really upset. Mariachi’s Mexican Restaurant in Coldwater, Ohio serves scrumptious food with amazing service in an authentic atmosphere . First, the food is cooked fresh and delivered to your table. The food serving sizes are big and enough to fill you up, and have left overs. When you sit down you get chips and the best salsa you have ever had. The food has unique flavor, and the menu is endless. The food is all real and not filled with chemicals like other restaurants. After your food, you are hit with a cheap price for you tasty meal. Lets talk about the service. When you walk in there is someone trying to bring you to your seat. After that, he/she spawns menus from the abyss and then hands them to you. You also get your food quickly. If you are also out of town, the staff also speaks Spanish. On top of all that, the waiter treats you like a best friend. Finally, there is the restaurant itself.
