Had heard many good things about the food and atmosphere of this place. First trip here I went in and found that there was a bunch of people at the top of the stairs, didnt know why. Went up and found the bar/dinning area. Didnot find a hostess, wait staff or bartender and there was no sign if we were to seat ourselves. Looked like all seats were full so I left to try them another day. Second trip back I was able to get in, still no direction on where to sit so I just went and sat at an empty table. Within a couple of minutes a waitress showed up and took our drink order and then the food order when she returned. I order a pulled pork sandwich that also had bacon and cheese. I didnt see the waitress again until the food arrived 35 minutes later. our drinks had long been gone, I pointed out that we would like more to drink with our meals. She said she would be back and never returned, it was a different waitress that brought us the bill. The place wasn't packed and there were a total of 5 waitresses on the shift but I just didn't see them delivering food or drinks. I do not like sitting and waiting for food while being without drinks or someone checking on us to advise us of things such as the kitchen being slow due to staffing shortage. When the food arrived, I was somewhat surprised to find that it wasn't even hot. I know good pulled pork would have been made in advance so adding bacon and cheese should have been and easy sandwich to make, but to get it at room temp make me question their storage practices. Fries weren't hot either, not sure why it took me 35 minutes to get a room temp sandwich and no drink since walking in the door. In summary, the first impression could have been better by a simple sign saying seat yourself. I find unattentive wait staff to be off putting and I tip them accordingly. The kitchen and food is where I determine if I am a repeat customer of an establishment, I was not impressed in anyway with the food and would recommend others find better...
Read moreThis place has gone through a total transformation. No longer so dark and dingy, but now bright walls, a large bar, and a motorcycle in the front window.
I wish there was more seating, as their food is really good, and therefore the 10 or so tables fill up fast. They do have a fenced in patio out back (although I haven't figured out how to get to it.) And a nice room in the basement you can rent out, with some booths and folding tables and chairs for a small gathering (around 30 or less).
The food is delicious whether its pizza, or wings, or their appetizers. Totally recommend getting dinner here.
Oh!! And they have fishbowls of beer. True...

I plan on getting a picture of their Rib lunch tattooed on my bicep...it was that good.
Then I saw the meatloaf that someone else ordered and was filled with intense jealousy. I wanted to put them through a window and elope with their...
