Pizza Mans — Restaurant in Coleman

I ordered pizza from this place and the lady told me that it’s gonna take 30 minutes because she’s walking there by herself and that was completely fine with me, so I stopped 30 minutes later and waited a few minutes until she came out and then she told me she did not even start it yet because she is all by herself and said it’s gonna take at least another 30 minutes. Needless to say my crew had other jobs to do and we could not stay and wait that long. The lady was friendly enough and felt bad about it. And that is OK with me. I just don’t understand why they run a business like that with one person working. I have no idea how their pizza taste or anything as I have never eaten there . It might be great once you get it . It’s probably more a place for people that have lots of time to wait then for crews that are working in the area or...

I wish I had taken a picture of that pizza. We've been getting pizza at Pizza man's for probably 30 years. It came under new ownership a few months ago, and I had a bunch of family in town so we decided to give it a try. Not one person had anything good to say about that pizza. We requested well done, with five items. It was barely done at all, the crust was so thin I bet it wasn't an eighth of an inch thick. You could not pick up a piece of pizza because it was like a wet noodle. The first thing you get though is when you open the box and you see that the toppings are all at the center, there's a good 2-in ring around the outside that has no toppings at all except for the cheese. I’ve lived in this small town for a long time and have been coming here for a local and quick meal. The food is good and has been for a while. Tonight, however, may have been my final time. I get that it’s a small town restaurant, but does it really have to be all about the money? I quit going to Subway because it cost far more to buy everyone in my larger family their own individual sub rather than being able to split a Pizza Man’s sub between two people. With the increase in price and decrease in the size of the subs from here, we are no longer able to do this. I think the price should fall with the size of the sandwich.
