Subway — Restaurant in Coleman

The girl that was working tonight was a wreck. She was using profanities at the counter, talking to another customer about her order while she made mine left her distracted and one of our subs was wrong, another was completely missed until I asked about it. Her nails were long and clearly artificial, which is inappropriate in food service. They were out of smashed avocado, okay no problem, I was never refunded the $2 I was charged for smashed avocado. Honestly, what really prompted this negative review is when she dropped my 4th and final sub on the floor. That's fine. It's okay. Accidents happen, but instead of snapping to make me a new sub, she waited for Nate to do it while she got out her cell phone and began swearing and frantically calling to find out how to report that she dropped the sub. It seems like that could have waited. It seems like the customer that has already been waiting very patiently would be the priority. Be better. Absolutely horrible. Everytime I go there it either takes over 20 mins to order or the food is wrong. I go back every now and then thinking it was a fluke before, never is. Went there today for a quick dinner and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese flat bread. Wasn't asked if I wanted it toasted but when I get that sub and I'm not asked they just do it so I didn't think about it until I was handed a cold sandwich. Cold eggs, cold bacon, and cold cheese. I went back inside to ask them to toast it for me (not a big deal, wasnt upset) and I was told that they wouldn't since it's new policy.
