Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Colerain Township

Ordering on line is not easy, but we ordered two pizzas for pick up ASAP. I headed to pick them up and arrived about 5. After a few minutes, Harley came to the register, asked for my name, and the pizzas were not only not available, but were never made. I paid for the order and when I asked for a receipt, Harley couldn't give me one, so she went around the metal rack and took a tag that showed the purchase price, but also showed "Not Paid". She never came back out again. I stood there, watching four employees (and a delivery driver) go about their business. Then, about 15 minutes later, I hear the curly haired boy announce that one of the pizzas came out, but that one of the pizzas was missing. I then hear Harley go on about how she forgot to make the pineapple and chicken pizza. No one came out to tell me there will be another delay and instead I hear Harley make light of the error. I ended up waiting 40 minutes after arriving for two pizzas. It was only when I asked for the person's name that the person behind the counter says their system crashed. We just had an order delivered and every item was wrong of of low quality.

We order a large pizza with old world pepperoni. All of the toppings were in a pile in the center of the pizza. Most of the pizza is just cheese.

Our wings were so burnt that even the breading and bones were black.

I requested our salad not contain olives, peppers or onions. It had large amounts of all 3.

When I called to hopefully have the food exchanged, I was only offered a refund on the salad and wings as “the GM said your pizza was fine”.

I offered to send pictures and they still refused to refund our pizza.

I was told I could file a complaint with corporate but u would have to find that information for myself. I certainly will.

This is my wife’s favorite pizza close to our house and it’s very unfortunate that we can no longer order for this location.

Horrible experience tonight. My husband order pizza and wings for the kids. We order pizza large one cheese one pepperoni both with extra cheese and sauce and bbq wings. When my husband got home we had buffalo wings and pizza with out extra sauce. I called and Gage the manager was rude. He said he put extra cheese because he weighed it out. I never dispute the cheese I saying we didn’t get extra sauce. After 4 times he finally got what I was saying he said he can give me a 15 dollar credit but he can’t remake the pizza because oven is off at 10pm website says you close at 11pm. He said I can’t return the pizza because he closed and I can only get a 15 dollar credit. I’m very disappointed because we eat here 2-3 times a week. He isn’t good with customers and should not be a manager. I’m will to talk to GM tomorrow at 11am when they open. This is unacceptable because I am a regular customer at...
