I’ve looked at the pictures of your food and at this location I have NEVER had a sandwich built that looks remotely like the pictures. I have been to this location about 6 or 7 times and keep thinking maybe they are having a bad day. Today I went to get dinner to bring home and I even coached the person making the sandwich and to no avail. One ham and cheese sandwich and two veggies and when unwrapped at home they looked like sandwich rolls, the ingredients were so skimpy that you almost couldn’t see them. The owners of this restaurant should go have a sandwich at, ( take your pick), JerseyMikes, Firehouse Subs, Pot Belly Subs or McCalister’s Subs. Any of these use two to three times the amount of filling that this subway uses and for pretty close to the same price. Try any one of these and maybe you will realize what you are doing wrong, it’s too late for me though, won’t be back. It also bothers me that you don’t honor advertised specials, as a person who has spent most of his life in customer service of one type or another, in my opinion, this is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read moreColleen ruined my experience at 11:17 am. I asked for a ham and cheese sandwich and I asked for extra cheese. I have never been charged extra for cheese but I was fine paying the extra 60 cents. Let me tell you Colleen put SUCH a small amount of cheese on my sandwich. She then looks up and me and with an attitude says, okay that’s what you get. I politely said I was willing to pay for extra, she then said rudely “that is extra if you want me you need to pay for more” while this is happening the customer in line next to me leans over and goes that’s a small amount of cheese. Coleen overheard and said “well actually I lost my measuring scoop so I probably gave you more”. Also, I was given no napkins with my sandwich. Read moreMe and my husband show up after 7pm only 1 person lounging in the lobby. Ordered 2 sandwiches and neither one was correct. Call this in and told they have to call mgr to find out what to do. At this point I had taken 2 bites of my sandwich calling from home (blood sugar dropping) they called me back to let me know that they can replace the 6 inch but not the foot long since I had ate part of it. If this is your solution to employee flat out not listening to what I ordered and being offered to replace a 6 inch that YOU messed up.
