Brandi’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Collbran

We were staying in Collbran for a few days and we went into town to grab a bite! Very chill and relaxing spot, nice to be there in the heart of Collbran. I love the small town vibes. They have a nice patio and inside area. We had a view of humming birds zooming in and out. Brandi was very kind and funny! She ran the whole place, taking our orders and preparing the food. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DON’T EAT HERE!! Came by from a family trip look for a lunch spot and were so lucky to have chosen Brandi’s to eat at. The atmosphere was sweet and very welcoming. Brandi was kind, funny and an AMAZING cook! Every meal we had was scrumptious and it was she puts great care into every part of the meal. Highly recommend the Mac n Cheese and the Big Ol Burrito. We had just taken an out of town friend to see the Grand Mesa and also wanted to see Vega Lake. We stopped in the cute small town of Collbran for lunch. Brandi's Kitchen welcomed us and our dog. It was a delightful experience. The food was really good. I had the best pulled pork sliders ever and my husband devoured his club slider. Our server was Brandi's teenage daughter.
