Subway — Restaurant in Colorado City

I've come here around four times at this point and each time I run into the same problems: mediocre customer service, skimping heavily on the vegetables (I ordered a foot long and the kid put five, read it, FIVE jalapenos), and they're incredibly slow, even when there's no one in there. The older big lady appears to be the manager and if so, it's no wonder this store is in sorry shape. She usually ignores me to do some kind of job that can wait till later and then her customer service skills are marginal at best. Not awful, but definitely has the attitude of not wanting you there. The other clerk's have the same defeated attitude each and every time I've come in here. I thought it might have been a one-off, but, no, each time. I can put up with lousy service if you at least get your money's worth, but, sadly, no, you don't. My sandwiches and wraps are skinny and I pay the same price as another store that cares to make sure customers come back. Congratulations: you successfully lost my business. On 11-23-2020 @730pm, We came in from out of town and stopped in to eat. As soon as my family walked in the door, the staff looked at us and rolled their eyes. Then the woman that took our order didn’t even “greet” us. It went straight to “ what do you want” . I said, “ hello, how’s it going?” and she responded with ...” what do you want.” Then the other two girls in the back began burping and laughing, which is gross, especially if your behind counter. That John Michael kid is the greatest server I have ever had. He is kind, polite, caring, loving, and an overall great leader. Along with that, he makes your sandwich with h great speed, and it still comes out with the highest of quality. Now on to the food. It’s outstanding.
