I observed two carsLeaving the drive which were the ones that were there when I walked in. I saw one sandwich slide into the food caddy for the lobbyI sawOne gentleman come in order a biscuit and gravy platter and then sit down. After 5 minute she was walking in my direction with a bag I dim wittedly thought it was for me and stuck my hand out. But it actually was for the car at the end of the drive. So I went up to the counter to inquire. The counter was trying to tell the lady cook he needed to sandwiches for me. She said they were already there. Referring to the one that had been sitting for 15 minutes at this point. I ask the counter to make two fresh and not just add one to the oold one. After some slide of hand he tried to add that old one to the one that was additionally made. So at this point I was aware of the inevitable. I asked for a refund and after confusion I got my $4.50 back. I might not be worth millions to them but I visit twice a week. One where( I get the same thing but give the biscuits to a homeless man right outside) that's 10 bucks a week for 120 + weeks and more to come. But now I think I just be getting boiled eggs from walmart....
Read moreThis place has a HORRENDOUS manager/shift leader who has no issue showing hostility toward people with disabilities. I brought a group of 4 adults with intellectual disabilities to this restaurant to buy lunch, and our group was treated very poorly by the 40-50 something year old woman with shoulder-lengh hair who was dressed differently than the other employees, and who I assume was a manager/shift leader. As a result of their disabilities, the adults I was with tend to make decisions and go through the motions of ordering a little more slowly, and usually, people are very understanding of this. But not this place. We had no one else in line behind us or at the drive through as these adults were making their decisions and placing their orders, yet the manager/shift leader was very short and snippy with everyone, walked away as one of the adults was trying to place an order and then sent someone else to handle the situation after 2 minutes of us waiting while she had her back to us doing what looked to be nothing, and wouldn't respond when these adults looked her in the eye and told her thank you. This wasn't just her having a bad day; this was discrimination against these adults. Never again will we go here and I will gladly spread the word about...
Read moreI have worked in and ran fast food restruants for many years, and have managed several successfully. With that being said, i will say i do not come often enough, or have had the pleasure of prooerly reviewing how their staff operates ect ect....
But! My visit through the drivethru ablut an hour ago was absolutely terrible. The service was fast! Boy did it show... we spend 30$ or order included 4 sanwiches some chicken stars and crisscut fries. ALL sandwiches were slapped together... all of them had at best, half of the cheese on the sandwich. My jalapeno burger while the cheese was acting out an infamous scene from the movie "Cliff hanger" it was anchored down by the pile of jalepenos. A pile so fierce i almost ate all the jalapenos in 1 bite despite their being like 20 or 30 of them. If this is proper... sure spreading them out is as well. I could go on and on... but what it comes down to os they slapped the order together in a hurry. Peehaps they were recently grilled on being slow... i dont know.. but they were even busy... so seems like lazy.. but incould be qrong. Regardless.. no amount of polite or speed makes food, food. Do it right.
