Ordered my food was told 20-25 minutes, got there at 20 minutes parked and went to check on my food told me another 5 minutes. got off my car again was waiting for the food.after another 10 minutes of waiting. I can see the employee behind the counter prepping food but never had the courtesy to even check to see if i was waiting or if i had already ordered. other people waiting for food seemed desperate and irritated by the wait time and lack of service. every customer had to go ask every single time they needed a napkins since they have no dispensers set up.. Another gentlemen in front of me kept peeking in the window to see if anyone would notice him. after 35 minutes of waiting i got in my car and left. So now you guys can enjoy the nachos and burrito that i ordered. I never walk out of places like this but with this lack of customer service i would...

Pros: The breakfast burrito I ordered was marginal. It might have helped if they had remembered to put the salsa and beans in it? I just hope the kitchen was cleaner than the "bathroom" (see below).

Cons: Unfriendly staff, and it took 15 minutes to make one breakfast burrito even though I was the only customer there. No paper towels, toilet paper or seat covers in the "bathroom" (an outside stall). Toilet stall was filthy, toilet doesn't appear to have been cleaned in a long time. Food has always been alright sometimes it's really "school lunch" style but over all not that bad. But communication sucks. Ordered a side of chips and cheese. like a child's nacho, I pick it up and they put it into a burrito which okay not what I wanted but no biggy just added a tortilla not worried about it til I opened it up and it was 90% GIANT beans, 7% chips and 3% cheese.
