Not what I think of when I get a cold brew. It is made from concentrate. I tastes like it looks in the picture, extremely weak. Pastries/cookies: all I have tried have been good. Staff: has always been very friendly and polite.

Lovely little café to get your zoo experience started right. Knew it was the right choice when I saw Hold Fast beans on the shelf. Standard latte offerings, all with a phenomenal view of the city. Close the penguins, which is perfect for grabbing your drink prior to the morning feeding, or cozy seating for a break from the wildlife.

I was here last week and got the most incredible iced lavender matcha latte I haven’t been able to get it out of my head. I was here last week and got the most incredible iced lavender matcha latte I haven’t been able to get it out of my head. I live in New England and would genuinely fly back to Colorado Springs just to get that matcha again. Pairing that with how much fun this zoo is and it’s an experience that little compares to.

There were two ladies working there this morning, 10/25 around 945-10am. One, named Hayley and we didn’t catch the other girls name tag. They were very rude to multiple customers. When asked where a drink was that we waited over 10 minutes for while others who ordered after us were received theirs, they snickered at one another and were making comments about us asking. They did the same with a couple other customers inquiring about drinks and everyone was asking politely. Not a great first...

We stopped here after a nice day of meandering through the zoo. I had the.Sloth latte, and my wife had Jasmine tea, while we shared the blueberry crumb cake recommended by Kathy.

Being the consummate coffee snob that I am, I had to let Kathy know that that the latte she made was among the best I've ever enjoyed.
