I was yesterday in this restaurant, and I had to meet a Soo rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful Asian- Woman/ cashier… From my experience, the problem with her is: that She wants everybody knows THAT SHE’S THE BOSS!. As a business owner, My customers have always the right!. Even if not. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully… customers provide salaries!. No customers no job opportunities!. With out customer business cannot be in the business… My opinion: that woman need to be behind the front desk!. Could’ve at the kitchen!. Read moreThis place delivered on its name. At 6,714 feet elevation, the restaurant offered panoramic views of the zoo and some parts of the city. The atmosphere was relaxed with plenty of seating. Ordering was easy and the staff were friendly. We ordered their cheese pizza and it was delicious! The thin crust was perfectly cooked and the cheese was of good quality. It was rich and creamy. The sauce was also flavorful. We loved that the restaurant had additional plates readily available and plenty of napkins (definitely needed if you have kids). Read moreWe brought our grandchildren there for a day and the cashier rung me up and told me to swipe my card. I did and then she realized she forgot to add a drink . She told me the payment did not process and I could swipe my card again for the correct amount. We realized that wasn’t the truth when we had two posted transactions from them. It’s been a pain trying to get our money back that we did not authorize twice . Very annoying , it definitely takes from the experience especially when they were so quick to take it but not fighting us on not giving it back....
