I was a big fan of The Till before it closed a few years ago so we have been ecstatic about it reopening. We have now been three times since it reopened, two of which occurred during the soft launch while staff were training. I also got to enjoy Dad’s Donuts during a relaunch celebration. So far, we’ve eaten at Campfire Pizza, the Cafe, and The Till. I have to tell you that the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is beautiful, and the menu/food is hands down amazing. Campfire Pizza is a hand tossed style with house made mozzarella and a variety of topping combos that are flavorful and interesting. Dad’s Donuts are a labor of love- watching the pastry chefs make these delectable treats has been a joy every time we stop in. The buttery and flaky layers, combined with all of the flavors available make it a win every time. They’re huge and sell out every day. Amazing. The Cafe is honestly fantastic Americana from a hot chicken sandwich to a wagyu smashburger that knocks the socks off of any burger you’ve had in years. The Till? Well, this is gourmet, locally sourced or made in house, with fresh seafood and local Colorado meats like bison, elk, rabbit, and duck- just to name a few. But don’t be scared if that isn’t your thing. They have steak, salads, and pastas that you won’t find anywhere else. Their bar service is fun and unique, while their desserts are good enough that you’ll be planning your next trip back to try something you were too stuffed to try the last time. Try the table side Caesar salad if you want a fresh and crispy Caesar that comes with a three foot long pepper mill that is almost hilariously enormous but also fun to watch. Please try this place and then keep going. This is a collection of restaurants that Colorado Springs needs and deserves. The parking is a little strange, but it’s not far and it isn’t a big deal. It’s true that the staff are figuring things out, but they just launched and it is going amazingly well, all things considered. Go, enjoy, be kind, and you’ll enjoy your meal. It’s good. Really good.

The Homestead collective just opened this past Sunday. Having gone to recently opened businesses I expected to see some organized chaos, maybe even some hesitancy from the staff. THIS WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPERIENCED. THE HOMESTEAD COLLECTIVE WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. From the moment you walked in it has a clean, trendy modern feel. The collective is made up of multiple businesses and we decided to eat at the seated cafe area. It is beautifully presented and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu. The cocktails were delicious and our lunch sandwiches were also amazing. We absolutely loved our lunch date here. Amazing addition to the North of Colorado Springs and it seems that no detail has been left untouched. We had a great first experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend trying this place out. Additionally, the Dads Donuts were a nice finish to a fantastic lunch.

Amazing experience. I am so glad this is now open this side of the Springs needed something vibrant and fresh. The service was impeccable, and there were plenty of staff to keep the entire experience moving forward positively. I’m sorry I only took a picture of my Dad’s Donut (which has its own little counter so you can definitely run in and run out for donuts alone), but this (I think) “ Almond Crunch” cronut thing was to die for. If you’ve had the experience from the downtown location, this is the same thing. Hands-down the best donuts no other place even comes close. You do pay a premium, but it’s worth it. I live super close and I’m going to be swinging by more often for more donuts to keep myself round & jolly. I did not try their coffee, which looks really good too. That will be maybe tomorrow morning ha ha ha!

An Elevated Dining Experience Rooted in Warmth and Flavor

Our evening at The Till Homestead at Prominent was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first moment, we were welcomed into an atmosphere that was both refined and inviting—a perfect reflection of the food and service that followed.

The menu was a refreshing departure from the ordinary, each dish built on thoughtful, exquisite flavor pairings. We began with the charcuterie board, a visual and culinary masterpiece. Each bite—a balance of savory, sweet, and tangy—told a story of craftsmanship. The bone marrow, rich and silky, was indulgent in the best way possible, melting effortlessly onto toasted crostini with just the right hint of salt and herb.

The Caprese salad was simple elegance: heirloom tomatoes at their peak, paired with velvety mozzarella and a perfectly restrained balsamic reduction that let the freshness of the ingredients shine. For mains, the fried chicken was a revelation—crispy, golden, deeply flavorful, and incredibly juicy, while the Smashburger delivered bold, addictive umami with each bite. Every plate was executed flawlessly.

And then there were the cocktails—each one a carefully crafted gem. Whether bold and smoky or bright and herbal, every drink from the cocktail menu showcased both creativity and balance. It was clear the bar program is as intentional and refined as the kitchen.

A special thank you to our server, Michiah, who could not have been more attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. His timing, recommendations, and easygoing professionalism elevated the night even further. It’s rare to encounter service this naturally gracious.

In short, The Till Homestead delivers an experience that is equal parts comforting and elevated. The food delights, the drinks impress, and the hospitality lingers. Our experience was incredible, and we can’t wait to...

I'm so glad to have the Till (& Garden of the Gods Cafe) open on the north end again. I've already been several times with large group of friends and couldn't be happier about the experience. The menu has plenty of options. In the several visits since opening, I've tried the clams, the tableside Caesar salad, the fried chicken, the smash burger, the crab cakes, artichoke hearts, and the new menu item, seared tuna (the website isn't updated yet as this just changed). The cocktails are wonderful...I had the cucumber basil collins which was refreshing; I also tried my friends, rosemary G&T (and I'm a fan of gin, but this was amazingly good) and the smoked old fashioned. This is from my several visits there so I could try many menu items and have been very pleased with everything. I loved ending the evening with a dad's donut for desert--these are the best donuts ever! They take 4 days to make these layered donuts...my mouth is watering just thinking about them. I'd also like make a huge shoutout to the kitchen and wait staff, in particular, McKenzie, Star and Hannah. They were so kind, friendly and attentive and made sure everything was great for our group. The Till also offer a military discount for which I'm thankful. I'll be back and plan to try the delicious looking pizza. I can't recommend coming here enough even if to just get a donut and coffee and sit outside with your family and play some cornhole with the...
