We've been attending for a little after a month, we used to attend Red Rocks in Park Meadows Denver. We love pastor Craig's messages, but what has happened when the opening song(secular music, NOT worship) is SO LOUD, I have to plug my ears, my daughters who suffer anxiety, suffer fromh autism and one has taurettes, can't attend because of the loud level. We just can't stay here. It's FAR too distracting to start the service.
Please consider lowering the volume and enter in with thanksgiving and worship, not worldly music.
Update: my husband and I were interested in starting a group despite the challenges of attending in person. We had applied to be group leaders before I originally posted this. Life church has virtual groups all over the world. After the team saw this review, we got no communication and were dropped from the small groups leadership.
This, sadly, is how Christians get hurt and find a distaste for Christianity. This is how people turn away from Christ because of how they're treated.
I've been saved my whole life and my husband well over 20 years. We ended up not attending a church for months after this.
Matthew 18:15 talks about going to your brother or sister alone if they sin against you. My heart breaks because we felt like they no longer wanted us as a part after speaking truth. And nobody really cared enough to reach out. Now we live in Florida, so there's no point. But the churches in Colorado All feel the same.

Read moreLife.church is our home! We absolutely love everything about it and love everyone here! From the day we stepped foot in the building I felt like the sermons spoke to me, we gave our lives together, dedicated our children together, got baptized together, and got married all in the same year! Thank u, Life.Church! Thank u, Shelby, for being the one who has been alongside us the whole way. She was the one who stood with us and prayed over our children for their dedications, she was with Pastor Tony in the pool with us when we got baptized, she did our marriage coaching and she officiated our wedding! You are a great person and such a kind soul. Thank u for ur advice and for the great example of what a FULLY devoted woman looks like. It makes an enormous difference when someone like you is there to walk WITH us and treat us like a part of the church family... without judgment! Thank u, Shelby! We are so thankful to feel known by you and the church as a whole.... including but definitely NOT LIMITED TO Pastor Tony, Pastor Stacy, Pastor Josh, Pastor Camry, and so many more people within the church and in Life Kids, for our children as well! Thank you, everyone! Alicia &...
Read moreI visited Life.Church while in town from NYC and had a mixed experience. I love Pastor Craig’s messages online, and the sermon was great, but the in-person service felt a bit underwhelming.
The setup felt more like a movie theater—people chatting over coffee in the lobby before watching a pre-recorded sermon on a projector. Without a live pastor, it lacked a personal touch and felt robotic.
What surprised me most was the lack of engagement in worship. No one around me seemed to be singing or praising, which made the atmosphere feel more like an event than a church service. They also opened with secular music, which I get is meant to be welcoming, but church should ultimately be about worshiping God.
I didn’t really feel the presence of the Holy Spirit here. I appreciate what Life.Church does, but the experience just...
