If you know, you know — and now you know. B-MANS BBQ is one of those rare, off-the-beaten-path stops that you’d never stumble across unless someone told you about it. So here I am, doing you a huge favor: Go. Immediately. It’s only open Thursday through Saturday, which makes it feel even more like a secret worth protecting — but trust me, it’s absolutely worth working into your week. The brisket? Unreal. Pork? Melt-in-your-mouth. Sausage? Bold and smoky. And if you like tacos, nachos, or burnt ends — prepare to have your BBQ world rocked. Portions are generous, flavor is next-level, and pricing is surprisingly reasonable for food this good. You need to call a DAY in advance if you want just burnt ends because they use them all to make their baked beans. Oh and their hot BBQ sauce is… well… I can’t find the words. If you enjoy spicy… do it. Oh — and here’s the kicker: Happy Hour every day they’re open, from 4 to 6pm. And you ain’t gonna believe this… you can get $2 beers during HH! That alone deserves an extra star. The staff feel like family — and not in that fake “corporate friendly” way. They’re warm, kind, and seem to genuinely love serving people. It’s the kind of vibe that makes you want to hang out long after you’ve cleaned your plate (and believe me, you will clean your plate). A new location is opening in Castle Rock this June! They’ll be open every day except Tuesday and Wednesday, making it even easier to get your fix. I recommend a lot of places, but B-MANS BBQ is easily top-tier. Honestly, if you’re anywhere in the state of Colorado, you owe it to yourself to make the trip. You’ll be talking about it long after your last bite. Bro…!

Delicious BBQ and a charming local eatery. Everything was so tasty and I look forward to having it again! Everyone was really nice too. The meat was tender, the sides were amazing and even the dessert was on point. One of my first jobs when I was a teenager was at a fancy pit barbecue so I feel like my expectations have always been high after working there and a few places can meet those expectations, but B-man's did. It was such a surprise that everything was so good as well. I feel like a lot of barbecue places specialize in the barbecue and the meat and everything else is just an afterthought. Not so at B-man's. Everything was made with love and care. I can see why it seems to be a popular local haunt as well. Everyone seemed to know everyone. I love places with that friendly local vibe. Highly recommended to anyone who likes barbecue. Oh and PS my husband said the fried pickles were a 9 out of 10. That is not my cup of tea but he was really impressed with them so it was worth noting.

My husband and I went for a Sunday drive from Falcon. Driving through Sedalia he saw a sign for B Mans BBQ. We looked it up and after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures we had to go. Not knowing the hours because it's not on Google we went anyways. We got there at 10am and they opened at 1030am. Once 1030 hit we went in. Its a little smaller then expected but that didn't matter. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The menu is small which is awesome. I got the Pulled Pork Sliders with a side of pork beans w/brisket chunck. 6 smoked BBQ wings. My husband got the Pulled Pork Nachos. And 2 sweet teas. We waited abbot 10mins if that for our food. And let me tell you the wings TO DIE FOR. They were so good not dry at all. We ate all of them. My pulled pork sliders were a perfect size and pork and beans were amazing. My husband's pulled pork nachos....ummm yes please. The cheese, pork... just a pile of goodness...we will be back so soon.

Definitely worth a few visits!

My boyfriend and I decided to try this little place out while visiting Castle Rock. It was about 15 minutes from where we were staying and I am glad we chose it over somewhere closer.

The atmosphere was welcoming and nice. The directions were easy and the drive is beautiful. There was ample parking and it is a cute little place! I ordered the 3 meat plate with a side of baked beans and potato salad. The pork and sausage were both my favorite, the brisket was bomb too. The pork had a wonderful salty, smokey flavor, and the sausage had a light kick to itI ! The side of spicy bbq sauce was a delicious dipping extra! I also ordered sweet tea, it was perfectly sweet to compliment the bbq! Oh and they got my boyfriends drink order perfect, most people forget to not add the ice for him, this place got it right. He had the pulled pork nachos, he said they were excellent! We just finished take away carrot cake, it was delicious! The lady who served us explaining how her sister makes the dessert from scratch and we talked about how yummy it sounded as we headed back to the truck... he ran back in to grab some before we took off.

I definitely recommend this one if you love good BBQ and an overall...
