the store manager and the most of employees and the owner George are all horrible people they don’t know there customer need or care about their customer. They place is always dirty when I go there and the employees are rude and have like not customer service skill! If you are going to go there on go on mid or night shift when the shift leader is Ari or a Jeanne, they are the best they go above and beyond to help you! The manager Sunnie is always yell at the employees about stupid stuff exp. she walks past the trash can that needs change and keep in mind she just walked in the store and start yelling at an employee to change the trash as if she had told this employee before but she just walked in. The shift leader name Amy is a liar! She said she would fix my problem then I would come back later like she said and she would say the she never promised me that even though she did early that morning she did. There are these to teenagers named Dayana and Conor they are awful employees I have heard them cursing and they do it in front of me and my kids, I thought this was a family place, and they always have a attitude and a tone when helping me. Read moreWell it started off bad but progressively got worse. First when we pulled up to the ordering screen, the girl who answered barely gave a greating and was just unprofessional. But we order our first item, cashier had no idea what we were talking about so my husband had to explain again (literally just ordered the roasted tomato avocado toast) Then there was no acknowledgement that she heard us or asking if we want anything else. So we sat there for a minute, then finally my husband decided to order his sandwich. Finally a response, but the girl sounded like she had no clue what she was doing told us to come to the first window. We paid then was told to go to the second window. We sat at that second window for over 10 minutes. Finally we drive off and park so my husband can go inside. From what he saw, everyone was running around confused and no one looked like they were properly trained. Finally we recieved our food. We paid at 10:18am and didn’t receive our food till 10:33am… do better. I guess there’s a reason this Dunkin always looks barren. Should’ve gone to Burger King like my husband...

As a customer of Dunkin for years, in particularly this Dunkin… whoever they have running this not only has zero business skills. Management hides and allows young employees to give answers like “sorry we couldn’t answer the window because we are waiting for ice to cool.” People skills are exactly zero. When you come into the building to fetch your order they not only run from customers but refuse to come out and serve until you make a scene.
I wish I was joking. When I share just how I am directly quoting the young female employee. “We are waiting on ice.”
After two straight weeks of LAUGHING AT CUSTOMERS and throwing products over the counters at them. This place should not only be closed but also should question who the hell hires.
