We came upon this place by chance, but we were so glad we did! The food is incredible and amazing. We met the owner and his family, they were so nice and welcoming as well. Our family went to tons of restaurants during our trip in Aspen/Snowmass and they were all over priced and gross. Francescas was by far the best restaurant we had eaten at throughout our vacation and served some of the best Italian food we have ever eaten before. For the price you pay it is so worth it, it was roughly $16 for a gigantic plate of pasta. At every other restaurant we went to all of the things we ordered were worth $20
