Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Colorado

I need to address this issue now after 10 years and todays tragic order from your shop. I just want a salami sandwich Jimmy’s . You offer that nowhere on your menu “technically” ….for some reason. No capocollo , no ham…just salami and cheese and the fixings I choose is simply all I want from your shop. So why on earth am I paying $12 full price for a spicy east coast Italian sandwich with only half the meat?? Every time I say “just replace the no cap with xtra salami then they always up charge me for extra meat without even budging on the issue. How are you going to be charging your customers full price for half the sandwich or make them pay more just to get the sandwich properly made correctly??You’re clearly the only sandwich shop on earth with these incompetent practices towards the art of sandwich making. I’m not eating there ever again and I’m gonna have to go into full blast mode all over your social and yelps and Googles until you make this right. Im not asking you for free stuff…. I’m not asking you for a thing at all except to simply do what’s right here for the first time in your companies long history. That’s just a joke I’m eating literally 4 bites of a sandwich that costs $12. Also I waited exactly 25 min for an online order (they didn’t see the ticket for the order in front of their faces until I came inside finally….I was thinking they just forgot to update the app tracker to my phone and account that always tells me when the sandwich is done. Common mistake, that happens, no biggie at all. As you can see from the picture here that I posted with this ginormous sandwich and it must seem like it took at least an hour to make but it actually only took half that time clocking in at almost 30 min. Now that’s amazing…especially with only 4 other employees working to help with it and by help with it I mean they watched the one new guy on his first day do it himself. Can someone reading this now go check and if see if thats a world record??? Im genuinely curious. It’s a masterpiece of a sandy I’ll tell ya. You be the judge. 2 stars simply because the 4 bites I graciously received for a mere $12 did taste...

Always order from this location and get great customer service and quick delivery. Ordered again today and noticed it was taking longer than usual to receive the delivery. Called the store 1 hour after placing order and not seeing an update online, and they stated that they were having staffing issues and only had one delivery driver at the time. The individual on the phone was polite and apologetic and asked me if I wanted to keep waiting or if I'd rather cancel. I told him that I'd wait and asked for an ETA. He was very kind in providing an estimated time of 20-30 minutes for delivery driver to get back to the store and take my order to deliver it. Received my sandwich within the estimated time frame (overall about 1hr 20 min from when I first purchased). Poor delivery driver was running up the hallway in the office building to get me my sandwich. Driver was also very polite and apologetic. Saw a lot of other reviews regarding this location and delivery and I definitely understand the frustration for having to wait much longer than you normally would. However I also understand that businesses are having a hard time not hiring but holding onto the employees they do have. I appreciate your polite customer service and attempt to get me my sandwich as quickly as possible considering the tough situation most business are going...

My first experience at this location. It was busy but I expected that. I stood in line with everyone else placed my order. I stood patiently and watched everyone before me and three people that ordered after me receive their sandwiches. The cashier noticed that I was still waiting also. When I finally approached the counter, the cashier had to find my receipt and tell the workers to make my sandwich. My second visit I thought I would be smarter and maybe it was a mistake, so I ordered on line. I literally work across the street. I ordered waited five minutes and drove over. Again I stood in line patiently and watched people who had ordered inside the store after I arrived walk out with their sandwich before me. Not good at all!!!! Bad business!!! I normally wont give negative reviews but they need to improve...
