To the guy with ear piercings and tattoos in charge in charge of the young boy that’s working here and the young gentlemen needs to know what’s up. The morning/afternoon shift of 6/17/2024. The older guy in his 40’s with the piercings and tattoos kept trying to tell my wife what he heard her say and that if f she wanted a tuna sandwich she should have emphasized that first. The guest around us heard her as well, not just us. This brat of a grown man is really out here telling customers that they’re wrong for his mistakes. There were four people in line and it was not that busy for 3 workers I could see on the clock. There is no reason to be disrespect my wife and making her feel like less for a SANDWICH, in a public space. He needs to find a new job behind closed doors because he does not even have the decency or respect to be in customer service. This community is small and my family and I won’t be the only people not returning because of him. Terrible example for those kids working their first jobs. They looked so embarrassed and scared to speak up. What a shame. Read moreTerrible. The guy with the artificial red hair dye, is BEYOND delusional. He’s supposed to be here to listen, and make customers experience easy and smooth. I’m a regular here from the doctors offices around the block and am disgusted by how he is treating customers. He didn’t just speak back to me today, but he spoke back to the women in line too, telling them “NO YOU NEVER ASKED FOR THAT” when they ask for something he missed. I asked him for bacon on my sandwich and he said “it doesn’t come with that sorry” uhhhhh YOU CAN ADD IT hello?! Another customer asked him why his sandwich was being skipped and he said “cause it’s lunch rush” As a healthcare professional who also takes part in customer service I would NEVER speak back to anyone this way. If you’re not happy, it’s time to move on so that the people looking over your parents, friends, and family can get back to work focused and ready. Read moreI placed on order in the app. It debited my account, confirmed my order for pick up at a specific time (8pm) way before closing hours listed on the app and online (9pm). When I got to the restaurant it was closed. When I went in today inquiring about the order and how to get a refund or an explanation. The employee was extremely rude. Didn’t want to assist at all. I would have been fine with just a “we’re sorry” but that was some of the worst customer service ever. Blamed me for ordering after they’ve closed. This is odd especially since it says on the door and online they are open till at least 9.
