LaMar's Donuts and Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado

Very disappointed in LaMar’s!! I placed an order on LaMar’s website, four days in advance, for an event I was hosting. The pickup time was 10:30 am and I received a text at 10:20 am that my order had been cancelled 😡 I immediately called the location and they said they never received the order until just then. How is that possible when I had a confirmation email of the order? They said they would try to find a location in the Denver area that had the 150 donut holes that I needed, but they could not promise anything. I then contacted the regional manager, Jennifer, who told me the same thing. I told her that I would need the order delivered since I did not have the time to drive around the Denver area picking up an order that should have been ready for pickup at the location of my choice. She was very apprehensive and said she could not guarantee that she could make that happen. This is a mistake/tech issue on your end and everything possible should be done to rectify the situation. I immediately got on the phone with Donut House who are absolutely amazing! They took on this large order and saved the day and my event!! My daughter LOVES Lamar’s and her only birthday request was a white iced, no-fill long donut. When the location we usually go to was cleared out of my daughter’s favorite donuts, I called this location to see if they had one available before I made the drive. Instead of saying no, the woman I spoke to immediately offered to make me one and set it aside (she didn’t even know it was an 8-year-old birthday request yet!). I thanked her and told her she saved the birthday day, that we would be there in 15 minutes. Not only was the donut waiting for us when we arrived, she took the time to decorate the box to make my daughter feel special 🥰 Such incredible service!!! Shandra is a rude lady I usually come everyday for the same thing even before she was hired and ever since she’s been hired it’s either not giving me whip cream because she doesn’t think it’s healthy while she’s over weight. And just today came yelling when I said the drink was made wrong about how even tho it is wrong it’s already made so I should pay for it and she’s not making another one then walking away. She even said they are not suppose to put a whole cup of milk and they didn’t even put more then a half cup of ice in a frappe! Seen it made so many times it shouldn’t be hard to make it. Put ice in cup put milk in cup with ice pour I to blender with 2-3 scoops and done instead they use sample cups random scoops I even heard one of them say no one was taught how to make it so just do what they think looks good...
