Restaurant 8A — Restaurant in Colorado

I’ll first off say the service was great the lady was really nice and the chips and salsa was a tad better than ok but that’s where the good ends that food is hands down the worst I’ve ever had and I’ve had some pretty rough meals in the past the green chili is on par with vomit from someone else’s mouth and that’s not all had the chicken chimichangas and it’s chicken from a can and the deep fried part that makes a chimichanga was absent from the equation also ordered the rancho steak and that was also a huge miss the meat didn’t taste very fresh I don’t think it was spoiled but likely a day or two away and they put fajita seasoning on it for some reason even though it wasn’t listed as fajitas on the menu we will never be back here as long as we live and how this place has 4.5 stars is beyond me trust me...

Heard good things. Tried it. Very disappointed. Chili rellenos were not good, had minuscule cheese inside, not homemade. The beans were canned. Beef enchiladas lacked flavor/spice. Chile tasted like brown gravy made with flour, no pork, nor heat, in the chili. Our meals were bland to say the least. The waitress was nice though. She offered to replace my rellenos with better ones, but I kindly declined. Really doubt...

The Mexican food here was great! I didn't even know this Restaurant was here. I got quessabarria tacos, and the we're excellent! My kids got El pastor tacos, and the other ordered Menudo. My Menudo eater is very picky about menudo, and he said it was good, better than a lot of restaurants in town! The A/C was down. But they had a lot of smaller units near the tables, so...
