For several years, we have always had issues with this Starbucks making our drinks correctly.
Don't expect to receive a correct drink if you make modifications. We frequently receive normal milk instead of nonfat, or are shorted on pumps of syrup.
On my most recent visit, the barista set my drink on the counter for my pick-up, and it was totally ripped off on the amount of milk. I did not order a Venti to pay for a grande in a Venti cup, that's how bad it was! I immediately asked the barista to add more milk (since it was a cold drink) and she rudely agreed. I noticed she had to go to the back of the store to open a new milk. So basically out of laziness she jipped me on milk because she didn't want to go get more and hoped I wouldn't say anything.
On this same visit, we also ordered a hot chai. I left with the hot chai to deliver it to my mom, only for her to taste it and realize it was barely flavored! It was almost the color of plain milk, not chai colored (see photo). Then I remembered that when the employee made my chai after the hot Chai, she went to fill up the chai canister. So she skimped out on the first chai's pumps because it had ran out, and the second chai's milk because it had ran out. Lazy!    Read moreI think this is the worst Starbucks in Highland Ranch. I ordered two tall drinks and two pieces of lemon loaf. The loaf came out in a timely manner, but I had to wait 20 minutes for my drinks and never received them. When I went to ask for a refund because I had not received my drinks and I was late to an appointment and The gentleman at the cash register messed up and charged me (instead of refunding me). I didn’t realize it at the time, so when I called customer service, they explained to me that I had been charged twice. They refunded me for both orders and took my complaint. However, if I hadn’t called customer service, I would’ve never know that I was charged twice. There were several other frustrated people there waiting for their order, I asked one women if she had been waiting long, she said she had been waiting for 15 minutes already and had not received her drinks. I understand it’s a very busy location, but you should forewarn people if the wait for drinks is going to be longer than expected.

   Read moreAlthough i didn't order i was sitting on a table working on some assignments. i was observing the workers as a customer walked up to the counter. the worker(fairly short, tan/ blonde hair with darker roots, young) was refilling some desserts in the case of food. as the man walked up to be served she kindly acknowledged his approach and told him she'd be with him very shortly as she was placing on last dessert in the case. while he was waiting for her to finish she was making small talk like asking how his day was and saying she hoped it was going well. as she turned to walk towards the cash register another worker walked up and offered to take the order. The service here is obviously quick, beyond refreshing, incredibly kind, and all of the employees are beyond on top of their game.
