If you're in Parker, Colorado, and craving an authentic Korean culinary experience, look no further than Ugly Rice. This gem of a restaurant is a true testament to the rich flavors and vibrant culture of Korea, bringing a slice of Seoul to our local food scene.

From the moment you walk in, Ugly Rice sets the tone with its inviting ambiance. The decor is modern yet cozy, with subtle nods to Korean heritage. The staff greets you with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making you feel right at home.

But the real star here is the food. Ugly Rice offers a menu that is both diverse and thoughtfully curated, showcasing the best of Korean cuisine. Their bibimbap is an absolute must-try – a perfect harmony of fresh vegetables, tender meat, and that addictive gochujang sauce, all served in a sizzling hot stone bowl. Each bite is a delightful explosion of flavors and textures.

Their Korean BBQ options are equally impressive. Whether you choose beef, pork, or chicken, you're in for a treat. The meats are marinated to perfection and grilled to your liking right at your table, creating an interactive dining experience that's both fun and delicious. Pair your BBQ with their banchan (side dishes), and you'll get a true taste of Korea with every meal.

Don't miss out on the kimchi – it's some of the best you'll find outside of Korea. Spicy, tangy, and bursting with umami, it's the perfect complement to any dish. For something a bit heartier, their spicy tofu stew is soul-warming and packed with bold flavors.

Ugly Rice also offers a fantastic selection of beverages, including traditional Korean soju and makgeolli, as well as a variety of refreshing teas. These drinks perfectly round out your meal, enhancing the overall dining experience.

What truly sets Ugly Rice apart is their commitment to quality and authenticity. Each dish is crafted with care, using the finest ingredients and traditional recipes. It's clear that the chefs here take immense pride in their work, and it shines through in every bite.

In a nutshell, Ugly Rice is a culinary delight that should not be missed. Whether you're a Korean food aficionado or a newcomer to the cuisine, this restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you coming back for more. Make sure to add Ugly Rice to your list of must-visit spots in Parker – your taste buds...

My mom and I had an incredible experience at Ugly Rice today. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The food was delicious — every dish bursting with flavor and made with care.

What truly set this place apart, though, was the kindness of the staff. Brendan at the counter went above and beyond to make sure our visit was special. His warmth and attentiveness made our meal even better, and when my mom accidentally left her purse behind, he made sure it was kept safe until I could return to pick it up.

It’s rare to find a restaurant that not only serves amazing food but also treats customers with such sincere care. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great Korean food and even better...

I LOVE this place. Whether I order takeout, delivery, or dine in, it always hits the spot. Ever since I first came to this place a couple months ago, I have come to eat here at least 10 times. I try something new every time I go because everything is so delicious; I keep their menu in my car now. The staff here is so kind and the atmosphere is so cute with their wall decor and K-pop videos going and cute tables. I have to stop myself from eating here everyday it is so delicious. And if you haven’t tried their wings yet, do yourself a favor and order them next time.

Side note: they do have a happy hour on DoorDash which I love because I always get their so-dok so-dok, and it is cheaper...

I’m happy to have found another place to eat at just the right price. I’ve never had Korean so this place was a pleasant surprise and I will go back. For $6.99, the Dumplings were just fab. Perfectly crisp, hot and delicious with a dipping sauce. I got the 10 piece Ugly Wings with Red Hot sauce for $16.99 and the wings were actually a good size as seen. Even with the sauce on them, these were one of the most crispy chicken wings I’ve ever had. The flavor was good and cooked well. They gave me a free side of miso soup that was spot on as well, so that was a pleasant surprise. I’m excited to try the other dishes they have.
