Hardee's — Restaurant in Colquitt

It was okay kinda clean the food is blah the people you can tell are just there but not really there be prepared to somewhat feel like your a bother by just being there and also hope you have free time cus it's gonna be just a little while not a long while but still a while. So if you like super greasy some what just a little I title bit rude service with a probably should get comfortable here kinda dinner then you'll do just fine at colquitt hardees!

Dear Hardee's owner I am a little sorry for my review because I'm sure if you could be there to run your business you left and entrusted to employees to run right, well I'ma bet you would not leave anybody feeling as I did. You say we need improvement..an yes j agree them more then you I'm sure ,you probably had no clue you had employees who care nothing about the customre service part of there job. the typ of employees you hire are all the same. They have no Emotion at all no enthusiasm for there job they are very" hey how are you hurry up an order cus I'm tired of my job attitude". (An to be fair ofcours there are the few that are nothing like the majority its because of those few i still visit this Hardees) so the only area you might improve in is employee's who don't make you look like you don't care just as much as they don't. I am not trying to be mean or anything I swear I just tell the 100 percent truth about my experiences an hope it helps in any area it needs to. have a great day Mr Owner and I'm still gonna eat there if I have to ..just maybe next time I won't feel like I committed a crime by stepping in your store. I haven't eaten at Hardee's in awhile, for some reason or another. So when the opportunity presented itself i figured why not. I pulled through the drive thru where I was greeted and politely ask about my order. I told her it had been awhile I needed sec to refresh my memory. She replied, "honey, you take your time and let me know when you're ready". After about 2 or 3 minutes, there were no other cars in the drive through at 10:15 am mind you, I said to my son I may just settle for the candied bacon and egg biscuit and he said "I'll just go with the porkchop biscuit and a drink". Her immediate reply was, " 2 wonderful choices, but you won't be settling when your done you'll know the true reason you came here." After asking what would we like to drink. We told her and she said, "I'll bump that up to a combo for you and you'll save a little money and also sir it will be just a few on your porkchop biscuit but we'll worth your wait!". When we pulled up to that drive through window Friday morning it was just to curb a hunger, when we left it turned out to be one of the best breakfasts and best experiences I've had to date(im 54yrs old) at any drive thru and or fast food restaurant. From the time we pulled up to the last bite was wonderful. Friday November 15th, 2024 approximately 10:15 a.m. Colquitt, Ga Drive thru window attendant needs to be recognized for her excellent customer service, if she hasn't already and if she has, I strongly suggest you do it again!! She is most definitely an asset and I will be eating at Hardee's in Colquitt more often simply because of our experience that day. Stopped at this location to grab a chicken sandwich meal. I specified that I did not want certain things on it such as mayo, onions etc. The meal was $9.99. My total was $12+. I inquired about the price. She stated that I wanted a medium so I told her I wanted the meal that was $9.99. A manger, I'm assuming, took over and changed the meal to a small. Long story short, before I left the restaurant I checked my food. It was NOT what I ordered. When I explained that to the manager she said I would have to wait for chicken to be cooked OR, get this, she could take off all the things on the sandwich that I didn't want!! It had mayo on it for crying out loud! I had been on the road for about 7-8 hours at this point and I was not in the mood to wait or have that sandwich doctored. I asked for a refund which they gave me. My grievance is how was the wrong meal prepared and why did she think I would be ok with her just dismantling it and removing all that crap?? The lobby was not busy and neither was the drive thru. It was very inconvenient and at the worst time. I would never go back mostly because I don't live in the area but also because the environment just seemed very cold and unwelcoming. Very...
