This is my first time to this location. I ordered my food through the kiosk, which I normally would’ve done anyways and waited around 10 to 15 minutes to get my order. In the lobby, near my table, appeared to be an employee break room with a cell phone, drinks, and a car seat with a doll in it. The floor was absolutely disgusting, windows, filthy, doors, just as dirty. What floored me the most was a condition of the men’s restroom. A sign stated they checked their bathrooms every 30 minutes and I was the only one in that lobby for over an hour And I saw no one checked the restroom. I have attached photos of what I found in the restroom. I did not take any photos from inside the lobby, but I think Taco Bell corporate needs to make a visit to this location and have a very stern visit with the manager. I will not be returning to this location unless things get back to the way that they should be.

Update to my old review: One at counter eats snacks while handling drinks and food. As far as I know, its health code violation. Adding photo for proof. Anyways there doesn’t seem to have any wish to improve this place by taco bell or staff. usually visit the taco bell on Grindstone, but was returning late from kansas city and it was convenient to visit this taco bell. Picked up through drive thru, ordered 3 quesadillas and 2 tacos, none of them were cut like seen in picture. None of tortillas were heated, straight up packed. While ordering, there was discussion if potatoes were not there or blackbeans were not there. Horrible taste.

Been to alot of Taco bells, this one needs some help..rude employees, the food was not cooked. Had a $35 order and only 2 items were cooked decently. I was afraid to take the food back because I didn't feel like I could trust them to redo my stuff. They didn't even fill my drink up (made a mobile order). Every restaurant has a bad location, this is definitely one of the bad ones

Been to alot of Taco bells, this one needs some help..rude employees, the food was not cooked. Had a $35 order and only 2 items were cooked decently. I was afraid to take the food back because I didn't feel like I could trust them to redo my stuff. They didn't even fill my drink up (made a mobile order). Every restaurant has a bad location, this is definitely one of the bad ones

I frequent this particularular TB at least 2 times per month. The service is DISMAL due to MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP issues. The employees are attentive and polite. The Cinnamon Hill location is chronically understaffed and undersupplied. Lack of sufficient leadership results in long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, wait times to order and receive food and drink. Today, when we finally reached the payment window, we found out that they were unable to fulfill three of the items we had ordered because they HAD NO RICE! So, instead of being able to change our order while reading the menu, we had to come up with a substitute at the payment window. After making our substitute order we had another long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, wait. When we finally received our food and drink it was missing items (pink lemonade, spork for the pintos and cheese, napkins, receipt), completely incorrect items, and they were incapable of printing off a receipt. At that point we had been there for over 30 minutes. All we wanted to do was get the hell out. Message to the owner of this franchise: YOUR PHYSICAL/MENTAL PRESENCE IS DESPERATELY NEEDED IN THE BUILDING until you are able to hire additional employees and get everyone properly trained. The lack of your leadership is resulting in disillusioned/burnt to a crisp/loss of employees and lost customer base/revenue. It's time to ENGAGE! Until then I will be recommending and avoiding this particular Taco Bell...

Honestly if giving this place zero stars were an option, I would. The customer service is horrendous. I ordered my food, told them the car in front of me drove off as a courtesy as not to cause confusion. They handled that after a bit of confusing on their part with the ordering. I paid, got my receipt and looked at it. Half of what was rung up I did not order. I was then told what I did order was no longer a menu option which was not brought to my attention on ordering. The “manager” on shift is the one who rung up whatever he thought would suffice in place of what I actually ordered. The girl at the drive through had nothing but attitude, and slammed the window shut after I asked if that was the manger on shift. She implied it was MY fault that the order was wrong because I had told them the vehicle in front of me drove off. I waited 30 minutes for food. Then I got home and checked my ordered and they literally threw a bunch of random food in the bag. And didn’t put half of what was actually rung up in the bag. It was quite literally the worst customer service and experience I have ever had with a business. I wouldn’t return even if they paid me. The manager wouldn’t even return to discuss things. They sent a poor guy in the back to try to deal with things and he didn’t even talk to me. I’m no honestly afraid to eat my food after the whole ordeal because they are the type of employees to mess with your order. I ordered my food online using the taco bell app at 5:30. I scheduled a 6:00 pick up time. It was not ready at 6:00, so I wanted to speak with a manager. I politely asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager. As I was speaking with the manager, the cashier accused of having an "attitude" toward her when I asked to speak with the manager (I didnt), told me her name for a corporate complaint (I was not going to complain to corporate at the time), she attempted to snatch my receipt out of my hand so she could write her name on it, and then yelled sarcastic pleasantries at me as I was walking out the door. This literally was the WORST customer-service failure I've experienced in my LIFE. I go to taco bell for food, not to be yelled at and ridiculed by a cashier for no reason. This is an awful location and I will not be a returning customer, which is a shame because this was my favorite taco bell up...
