Burger King — Restaurant in Columbia

I won’t EVER go back to this location. The guy who was working the window “not sure of his name since I didn’t get a receipt” was BEYOND RUDE. After I paid for my order I realized that I didn’t order one value drink. So I asked him if he could ring up a value drink and I would pay cash. He immediately got a tone and said “ I rung you up three and I can’t do add one to orders. I said it’s not a add on. He pulls down his mask and with an ATTITUDE and says I SAID I CAN’T DO ADD ONS. That’s when I said forget it. The only reason why I didn’t go off on him was because I had other people in the vehicle with me. I could understand that if you had a long line but there was only ONE car behind me and I asked for a DRINK. So I pulled over to go in to get a drink and of course the doors were lock. I tried calling the restaurant number to talk to a manager and OF COURSE their phone doesn’t work. This was by far the WORST...

We had 2 orders at the drive through. One order was correct but the other order (with just 3 things on it) was wrong. We realized we were missing a drink so I went inside to get it. The lady at the counter gave me attitude right away and said our order was correct. She finally gave me the drink and when we got in the car to leave we realized that they had shorted us an order of fries. I had to go back in to get those...and got attitude right away again. On an order of 3 items, it took them 3 times to get it right. It's not rocket science, folks. The one part of the item they got right was my burger - which was overcooked so badly that it was as tough as shoe leather. We won't be going back there...

Doors were locked at 8:00 pm with a few tables dining in. We were finally let in & told by the worker that they were only letting in a few at a time due to only having 3 workers. While we were eating, another family was also trying to get in the locked doors while standing in the pouring down rain. My husband got up to let them in & was told by the worker to not open the door. The family outside probably had no idea why they couldn’t come in. And we felt awful that we couldn’t let them in. Very poor customer service to only serve customers that they chose to. Being right off the interstate, & one of the few places to stop, it was busy & they either needed to close down or bring in...
