China One Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Columbia

We haven't lived in Columbia for very long. This restaurant is close to our home and is always packed so we definitely wanted to try it. Today was the day. My husband felt that the restaurant wasn't very clean as it had dirty walls. While that did turn him off a bit, we decided to still check it out because sometimes it's the little hole-in-a-wall spots that have the best food. When trying a new take out spot, it's our habit to grab a menu and go back to our car to look it over and decide. However, we couldn't do that because there were none which we found kinda weird. So while we stood in line looking over the menu on the wall, a woman who was ahead of us asked the woman at the counter for more duck sauce. That started one of the rudest exchanges between a customer, and a restaurant worker that I've ever seen. It was completely avoidable, unnecessary, and beyond disrespectful. I struggle with businesses setting up shop in my community and then treating my community like unworthy trash despite being completely reliant on our money. We deserve both dignity and respect. If you can't respect us, then you don't deserve to do business here. I will never go back to this establishment because of that exchange, and I absolutely hate that the woman who was disrespected still wanted and paid for her food. BOYCOTT CHINA ONE NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE... I called at least five times with no answer then when I get there they have a sign that says you must call in well I tried placing my order over the phone before driving ALL the up to the store but no one would answer. Once I get to the window I place my order and I ask can I have flats and she responded no we don't do that with an attitude knowing they gonna give me a tray full of dry drumettes but won't just put half and half.
