The service was unmatched. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was perfect without being overbearing. Tabitha made made me feel like a VIP. I was welcome with a smile by front desk cashier Karly. I was given the menue and then I was about to leave because of thr long duration of time. There was a beautiful girl Tabitha in the kitchen who asked said that she could make my dinner in 5 minutes. I decided to stay and order. Believe it or not, the Food was very tasty, felt like it was home made and thr quantity was good enough to satisfy a hungry man. Both Tabitha and Karly were very professional, smart, quick to prepare the food and of course extremely beautiful. You will definitely enjoy your meal in this place. Please give it a try. 5 stars from my side. There is some room for improvement in terms of the sanitation of the toilet. But what matters is the food and inside the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! The burger and the fries were perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were well-balanced and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Definitely worth every penny!

Update Aug 2nd, 2025 This is my 2nd time at Jumbo Burger. This time Katie took my order. As soon as I paid with my credit card she recognized that I was the one who called 6 hrs ago asking asking their closing time . Her customer service is phenominal. There is something about their food as well that attracts you all the time. I was working in Lebanon, TN today and drove about 1 hrs just to get to this place. The staff was great. The receptionist, Katie very helpful and answered all my questions. The service took some time, but it definitely worth it. the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I ordered the big Jack sandwich, and it was cooked perfectly with a nice crispy exterior and juicy inside. The fries were also hot and crispy. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. Horrible service and rude staff. We waited 45+ minutes for 3 burgers, 2 orders of fries and an order of fried pickles. When asking how much longer our food had the first time, which was already after waiting 15 minutes, I was told 5-7 more minutes. 15 minutes later was told it still wasn't ready by a very rude "lady" and that our food takes longer to cook. I was immediately dismissed and she started talking to the customer behind me. When we asked to speak to a manager 10 minutes later, we were told that there wasn't one there and that our order takes 20 minutes to cook and then they walked off. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, 3 families that ordered after us, got their food and finished eating. When we did get our food, we were snarled at that next time we should call ahead because all their meals are cooked to order.

If I was told my food was going to take ad long as it did we would have probably gone somewhere else. Even when I asked the first time if I was told it was going to take a little longer I would have been ok. But I was told a time and that time came and went with no apology but a very rude staff instead. At no time did anyone show anything but contempt when we were asking about our meal.

As for the food, It was hot and fresh, the fried pickles and fries were good, they were frozen from a bag. The burgers were hot and larger than expected but lacked flavor.

I recommend you eat at Bypass Deli instead. We will not return here again. By far the worst service...

Jumbo is ALWAYS busy and that's the way we like it. These ladies hustle to make the best, freshest food. Never a time I have been there when they were not running like crazy.

Someone wrote that it's a bit expensive for a drink, burger and fries ($11). First, inflation. But it was around that before inflation for a reason. LOCAL, fresh not frozen or from a bag and damn good food. Most burgers are hand pressed patties, potatoes cut by hand, onion rings...you guessed it, hand battered. That $11 is a drop in the bucket for what you get...Real food not chain garbage. You are also supporting a family and business own by locals. Don't believe me, walk in and see the desk just behind the counter. I would gladly pay the $44 I spent today again.

Jumbo is the pride of Columbia. It's not a jem but a unrefined jewel. If you are looking to eat without making a mess, move on. This is good down home deliciousness, you'll feel warm by the company they keep. It's one of few places left where you leave the worries at the door and just eat.

PPS if you want to complain about wait. You go run that restaurant. There's less than a handful of ladies that run this place and I say they run it well. As for the "incompetent" review, don't be a sh!t. If they got something wrong, ask them and they will fix it. Don't be petty and hide behind...
