I called and asked if they could accommodate 30 people. I explained we would be there all night, and it was an office party and we had games. I was told they would have the staff there, and I would be given the back room so it would be away from everyone and i would be able to do whatever we wanted. When i got there, the place was crowded and only a table in front to seat 15 was reserved. I asked to speak to the manager and when she came she said she didn't do it and didn't know what I was talking about. She did go back and try ro find a solution. While I waited for a solution, I couldn't get up and socialize with my team, because we were in the way of some robot. Waitress made snobby comments about me walking around. I did get a second table by the first table, gowever, it was so loud you could not hear the person next to you, and you could not move around because of the robot, let alone play the team building games. I was then infor.ed there was a dj coming, and setting up in front of us! At this point I had to explain to the manager this absolutely would not work, I didnt care whose fault it was, and I wanted a resolution. We ended up in the back of the bar, I was told 6 times the speaker blaring above the table would be turned down and never were. The service was lacking waiting up to 30 minutes before seeing a waitress or us getting our own drinks, beers ordered never brought, and food missing. Im still waiting for my dinner....I got a salad and nothing else. We planned on spending 3 times the amount of money that we did, but when no one comes to get your order you don't spend money. The place is great it you and a couple of friends want to go hang out, but dont take a group. They don't know how to handle large parties and their accountability is lacking. I dont think the waitresses were bad, I think they were short staffed, and just trying to get by. However, while they were tipped they were not tipped the amount we were ready to spend either. We have several of these a year and this place will not be on the list for a re visit, we will find somewhere else to take our money. 30 people times food, appetizers, and open bar they clearly don't need. Not to mention I had people come in 8 and 10 hr away. It was embarrassing to my team that this is what i...
Read moreGreat bar for a day or night out. This bar gives local neighborhood vibes but is HUGE and has so many cool things to do while you are there - dart boards, cornhole, gaming slots, outdoor sand volleyball pits, fire pits, patio, multiple bars.
When we were there they were having a large benefit over the course of 2 days. That said it was apparently much busier than normal. We still felt very comfortable and were able to find a seat right away.
They had a new seasonal cocktail menu and I really liked that. I tried the watermelon martini and it was delish! Hubby had a standard Bacardi and diet cola and he enjoyed those as well. I also had a water - they serve water in a red cup versus standard so it's easily recognizable. Later in the evening our group ordered fried pickles and I ordered a philly cheesesteak, no bread, cheese only on 1/2 with tator tots with multiple condiments (don't blame them for my lame photo - blame me lol). Food came out very quickly! My cheesesteak and tots were really good, especially for my adjustments! I also appreciated that my condiments were brought out at the same time. I didn't eat any pickles but our group raved about how great they were. I will say some of the food prices were higher than I would expect (ex: 7 chicken wings for $14).
Our group played darts for awhile and we sat at a table close to it. The darts were a lot of fun and just nice to have something to do.
Overall I really had a great time here. I would definitely come back and enjoy again!
I saw many reviews on the "great views" and didn't know what it was referencing, so I asked when I was there. I learned that in the evening and on weekends the waitresses wear casual wear (like leggings and tshirts) but on weekday lunch/day hours they...
Read moreVery disappointed in this visit. I am out checking different establishment for a future birthday gathering and wanted to check out their food and drink options. The waitress said they didn't have any sort of drink menu and when we asked what king of beers on tap she couldn't recite them. Asked if they have any craft beers she said she didn't know what craft beers were. Okay that was weird but we proceeded to order. We asked for fired pickels and pepper jack cheese bites. She brought fried pickels and pretzel bites. The fried pickels are so full of grease/oil they were swimming. The food wasn't as bad as the appetizers. The soda tasted like chlorine and when we addressed this problem to the waitress she blamed it on the water in the area. This place is very disappointing and unfortunately I won't be coming back. The sad part is, I didn't get a chance to see the other amenities they had to offer because of the poor service and drink/food that was presented. I'm glad they have enough patrons that they probably don't care about this review. But I wanted to let others know about their half hazard attempt to provide a...
