This location is by far the worst with employees and how they treat their customers. Yesterday I walked in to pick up my food and the girl at the counter just stared at me… didn’t greet me or ask “how may I help you?” So I then ask for a manager because the people at the front have no sense of customer service (this is not the only time this has happened.) the manager comes up and I tell her the issue, instead of apologizing and correcting it she blames this generation of kids on why they act like this. Making it seem like she doesn’t really care to properly train people on how to provide good customer service. The laziness and lack of concern really bothers me, it shouldn’t matter how young or old the employee is everyone hired on gets the same training. As a former manager of restaurants myself I am really disappointed with how people working food service lack common decency to want to work hard or make a good impression.
Another problem on my visit I asked for plates and napkins for my meal. Ordering a large pizza and two subs the girl hands me 3 plates and two napkins, it’s not a small order but really 2 napkins for the whole meal to be shared? I was then given attitude because I asked for more because the amount she gave me was not enough. Again, this location gives me a headache with how I am treated everytime I come in here. Read moreDON’T USE CREDIT OR BANK CARDS THERE THEY HAVE AN EMPLOYEE STEALING!!!! I contacted corporate about the situation and 3 weeks later have not heard back from them. My card information was taken from this location and used at the E Main location; I’ve never been there, nor would I after the original issue. The original purchase where the thief obtained my information should have been canceled for a $25 over charge ($6 salad was ordered, but I was $25 for it). It wasn’t canceled, so I paid for food I never received, was a victim of card fraud and Donatos could careless!!!!
WORD TO THE WISE, SPEND YOUR MONEY W/ANOTHER COMPANY!!! THERE’S ANOTHER PIZZA PLACE 3 DOORS DOWN FROM THEM AND THE FOOD IS BETTER!!!
(Response) The bank was the first place I notified!!! The situation was investigated and confirmed as theft because your company could not provide anything w/a signature. But if you had been informed about the situation and took the time to speak w/me personally you would have known that.
Please keep in mind this is a review section and I reviewed your location. While you are correct fraud happens everywhere, your company handled the situation poorly. Read moreSo I ordered a pizza, and they told me 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later, and they said I had the wrong donatos, and I never ordered a pizza. I asked to talk to the person taking orders because I knew she'd remember me and was told some times door dash answers their phone....I then showed them a screen shor of the text message that said they were working on my order with their address that my wife received 15 minutes before. She said I'm sorry, but we dont have an order for you, but if you want to reorder, you can. I asked to speak to the manager, and she went back to where I could see them, and he said tell him no, I'm too busy to talk to him. I stood in disbelief as we were getting text messages saying they were working on our order. I asked the managers name, and when another manager came into the store and the cashier said I don't know his name as he doesn't work their often and she's not sure when the head manager came into the store maybe next Friday and didnt know a number to call to register a complaint...luckily another worker came over and said his name is rick.....this is the 2nd bad experience here so I'll drive the extra five minutes to a different donatos from here on out and I...
