Grandma's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Columbus

Never again after 10 year of getting pizza from here I had to wait a hour and a half for it to be delivered not a problem but when pizza was ice cold and I called back the lady who answered the phone was very disrespectful said they couldn't replace my order and send me a hot pizza ask why she said they would need the pizza back told her no problem I have the whole pizza she said the whole pizza I said yes but one piece haves one small bit off it she said then no we are not replacing it I explained to the lady my 4 year old was the 1st to get a piece and she took a bit as I was getting my piece and felt it was cold and told my baby not to eat it she was aging being very disrespectful so I said fine I will make her throw up the one bit missing she hung up on me so when I called back ask to speak to the manager lady said speaking I ask if it was her whom I just talked to and hung up on me and she said no but I will. Really so I told her how disrespectful the other lady was and again explain I have the whole pizza other then a small bit off one piece because again a child don't mind to eat cold pizza bit I do and paid for a hot pizza so she offered to now replace the pizza. I don't trust to even eat there now they seem very disrespectful and how they talked to their cousmer I don't doubt they would do something gross to...

I ordered food totalling almost $100 at 2pm on a Friday. There was a quoted delivery time of 45mn-1hr. I accepted. The food arrived in 40 minutes. Here is what I ordered. 1 grand gourmet lg. 1 pep lg. 2 Italian subs. 1 chicken Parm sub. I spaghetti dinner that comes with garlic TOAST. SALAD AND DRESSING. Also 20 wings that I paid extra for because you can't split the flavors now. Okay. We gave a little better than a 10%tip. They forgot the salad. So looking over everything I realize there are no dressings either. I ordered ranch with my salad and blue cheese for the wings which was at an extra cost. I called to notify them and it turned into the most trash conversation with a business. The woman insisted she put the dressing in the bag....no apology for forgetting my salad .........and called me white trash and many other things. I was hung up on multiple times because I continued to call back and she threatened to call the police for harassment. Over a pack of dressing. I said I will pay another .50 just give me the dressing and that pissed her off even worse lol. Don't order blue cheese dressing 😂. So. My toast was not toasted. The spaghetti I fed to my dog.....total trash. I previously ordered here often. Never again. Who's the garbage? You are grandmas and everyone...

I called and placed an order for lunch. Ordered a large one topping pizza and a sub and soda special. My total should have been around $18 with delivery. The woman taking my order didn't take the coupon off and over charged me. Almost $4 more. I didn't realize til after I hung up and I paid with my card. Well I called back and spoke to the manager and she says I can give you a $3 credit. I explained to her that she could just add on a salad and soda and I would pay the difference when my order arrived. She said no she couldn't do that and if she did, I would have to pay another deliver fee. And got very rude. I tried to explain to her that we don't order often and a credit would be pointless. She would not open up to helping settle the situation and hung up on me. She said my order was already gone and it was only 8 mins later. So not only did I have to over pay for my order. It was the worse customer service I've ever had from a pizza shop. Will not be ordering from this location again. If anyone knows who owns this location , please let me know. I would love to speak to...
