Two Fat Indians Fusion — Restaurant in Columbus

Food was okay, nothing special by any means. I was thrilled to have vegan options in walking distance. But beyond the hefty prices, we were overcharged. I sent my son to order us food (two entrees, two subs, no naan, as it's not vegan), gave him my debit card, and he came back, no receipt. I looked at my bank app, and we were charged like $8 more than prices stated online. We didn't use any third party app to order, order was placed at window, waited for, walked home, and no extras. Just overcharged, nothing justifies the $8 overcharge. Plus the rice for both entrees was shoved in one single clamshell box, which made a mess upon opening, and the two entrees had wildly different amounts in their containers, by a factor of two, despite being the same dish. Not exactly happy with all these negatives, likely won't go back, just the overcharge alone is shady. Were we charged the delivery service price? I don't know, but it sure is wack, when we didn't use a service like that, esp as they're just a few blocks away. (Dec 22, 2023 visit, total charged $66 for $58 food; my wife had previously ordered for she and our children while I was at work, not sure how food was or if overcharged that...

I recently tried the chicken tikka masala and chana pizza at TwoFatIndian, and I must say I had mixed feelings about it. While the concept of Indian-inspired pizza is intriguing, I found that the crust was quite disappointing. It tasted like a mass-produced, bulk-order crust, lacking the freshness and flavor I expected.

The chicken tikka masala and chana masala toppings were not flavorful and then the dryness of the crust. It would be great if the restaurant could invest in a better quality crust that complements the delicious Indian flavors they offer.

I appreciate the creative approach to fusion cuisine, but the execution could use some improvement. I hope they take this feedback into...

I had the strawberry lassi and lamb chutney walla pizza from this place and both items were super! Unfortunately the lassi didn't survive for more than a few mins before I finished it all up so no picture of that, sorry :(

The lassi had just the right amount of sweetness and strawberry flavor while the lamb on the pizza was succulent and paired well with the chutney topping on this pizza.

I would definitely come to this...
