Hudson munchies — Restaurant in Columbus

I called in my order. Me and my family order at least 2 times a week. We always order no seasonings, no salt. I called in my order, went to pickup. Paid or it, then I checked it. There was seasonings on it. I told the guy that the order was wrong, it had seasonings. He took it back and give him two minutes and walked away with the food. I was wondering how he was going to get the new order in 2 minutes. He came back, I checked the order. He put the fish, chicken and fries back in the fryer. It was almost as dark as me. I called him on it. He tried to say it was a mistake. I told him the first order was a mistake but when he tried to give me refried food, it was intentional deception. I asked him what would make him do such a terrible thing. he just kept saying it was a mistake. Gave me my Mona back. I asked for the owner, he is out this week. I will called go see him when he returns. My suggestion is two times this week from two different places have messed up my order. I guess it's time...

Horrible customer service. I purchased a cheesecake with no exp date on it and it tasted sour so I called the restaurant and the cashier said that's how cheesecake is supposed to taste but if you come in we will refund you. when I came in the manager insisted that they are replaced every 2 days and gave me an ultimatum to take your refund and never come back. I tried to exp how I am a longtime customer and this could be a potential health hazard but the manager just kept trying to shake my hand and get me to agree to his bizarre ultimatum. The service is just as bad as the food Stay away from this place so you don't get sick or ripped off Save your money...

The first time that I came to Peppers, the catfish bites are good and plentiful so I came back and got a combo, big mistake. The fish had been fried in old greese, the greens came from a can, and was cold. The macaroni and cheese was runny, and too much pepper in it and cold too. I called the office complain, the man on the phone denied that anything was wrong with my order. Reluctantly gave my money back. Why did I see a post on FB this week that somebody ordered friend chicken from Peppers, and a roach was fried right on with the chicken Someone took a pic and posted it. Pepper's won't have to worry about me ever...
