Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Columbus

I want to give them more stars. I do! Theyre friendly and helpful. My food has always been well made and good quality! But I cant get past that I have the same problem every time I go! I dont eat carbs, so I always order my sandwich as an unwich. Every. Single. Time. I go in, no matter who takes my order...which is near always the same thing...a gargantuan style sandwich as an unwich...they tell me they cant do it. I've finally figured out that they think I'm trying to order a 16" sandwich rather than an 8" (which just kills me, this is 2 meals for me lol I cant imagine a 16" sandwich!) I've had staff argue with me until I was ready to walk out on a couple of occasions because they dont listen to what I'm ordering and just assume they know what I want. I did download their app, hopefully that will resolve this for them...

I don't live far away from this location maybe a 3 minute walk. I know not far but I was tired from work and didn't feel like making the journey out the back gate and around the side of the building. So I ordered delivery well and carrying a food and drinks for 3 would have been a pain. Long story short it took them 30 minutes to deliver my order, from the time it told me it was out for delivery. Probably won't be ordering here anymore if the only excuse I get is...
