No âhelloâ, no âwelcome to Jimmy Johnsâ, no greeting whatsoever. The girl at register had the kindness and personality of a brick. I asked her what sandwich had the most meat on it, and her response (even after I asked her to clarify) was âthe garâ (gargantuan). Then another employee with sunglasses still on comes up behind her as sheâs taking my order and is waving a stack of money around like heâs trying to âmake it rainâ. I swear you couldnât make this stuff up. Itâs no surprise to me now looking back that the McDonalds next door had a line around the building (this was lunch time too!) and when I walked into the piss-poor excise of a franchise, there was NOBODY THERE! If I was the manager/owner, Iâd get these people some retraining so they understand what is expected of them. Seriously, so bad! Then the sandwiches....mine remember âthe garâ...? It had so much oil and vinegar it was dripping out like juice. My girlfriendâs was the Vito without tomatoes. Well they must have put all the vinegar and oil for both sandwiches in mine because herâs had none in it. Literally it was just bread meat, cheese. Thatâs it!! This was the WORST Jimmy Johns Iâve ever been at. If the owner is reading this, please do something about your franchise because this one is just...
Read moreI have ordered from them quite a few times and unlike others I always seem to have a great time with them. I'm not really the review type but the rest of these people must be looking for coupons from the company or something. I call and talk to a very patient and efficient young man or woman and then I get my order, big or small, in roughly 15 minutes or sometimes even less. They're far from a disappointment. 4-5 orders later they're yet to mess anything up or take too long. Word to the wise; if they mess it up every time stop ordering from them. If you think they're too slow get your butt up and go to the store. You're just as far from them as they are to you. If you think the food is gross, good, go to Subway if you want another Sanwich bad enough. Or even Which Wich! Get over yourselves, this store is doing...
Read moreGreatest Jimmy Johns experience I have ever had! Iâm a regular at the beaver dam store but it doesnât even compare. The beaver dam store has terrible safety protocol and very rude staff, coming to Columbus I experienced the exact opposite. Everyone was very sanitary and polite when speaking to me. I love Jimmy Johns food but the beaver dam store was starting to ruin it for me. Not to mention the phenomenal job on the #9 I ate, the bread was fresh and the tomato and onion placement was pristine. Iâm glad to know when I want good service I only have to drive 15 minutes away. Great job to everyone in Columbus Jimmy Johns management, staff, and...
