Rating based on the icecreams, I got the rocky road that’s mixed in with nuts and little bit of marshmallows. Wish the ice cream itself didn’t come in so much with nuts but it might vary depending on the batch they make. I imagined the ice cream to be creamy but it’s nothing special but it’s very thick texture, could barely scoop any bite. Fortunately the environment was clean and chill staff workers. The staff that served me ice cream gave me plenty ice cream in a median size cup. I didn’t use the bathroom but I was told the bathroom is clean and unisex used. If I were to come back I’m going to try their avai bowls! They also serve smoothies and it’s quite thick texture so it was hard to drink out...

This place is an absolute gem! I'm glad to finally see them in Columbus!⭐️ It was a fast and easy ordering process, and it was easy to check out. They ask for your name and call you up once its ready. The ice cream was very tasty, and both had plentiful toppings/mix ins. We are visiting Columbus and happened upon this fantastic ice cream store. What an incredible find. They were having their "soft opening," but we didn't know. The whole family was working hard, getting the place ready for business. What an exceptional down-to-earth crew; everyone was cheerful, polite, and helpful.
