Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

Poor professionalism. No one at this little Caesar's was wearing a hat, much less any hair or beard nets while doing food prep. Plus the women have long fake nails (something which anyone who has worked in food service knows is a sanitation risk) The manager is not self aware and lacks professional decorum. Consequently, his negative, lacklustre, nonchalant leadership style trickles down to his subordinates. An attitude which they, in turn, pass on to the waiting customer in the form of slow-moving, disorganized, impolite, and inefficient service. There were people at this Little Caesars who had been standing and waiting in frustration for quite some time before I arrived. One man was pacing. And sadly, even though he ordered and had been waiting long before I arrived, my Pizzas were ready...

If I could give no stars thats what this review would be. I stood at the counter atleast 15 mins with no help! You could very well tell the cashier was fairly new so I was patient as can be but when I asked the STORE MANAGER could she plz HELP she just ignored me and continued to do nothing presented no sense of urgency even with a full lobby present. The staff who was getting pizza out the oven tryna keep up and run the register received no assistance from the STORE MANAGER. This presents a lack of cross-training and ruins the company branding. You all have a poor STORE MANAGER WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE. SHE SHOULDN'T BE SOMEONE YOU ALL WANT RUNNING...

Still trying to figure out why they called me about the missing pizza that was said to have been left in the oven. I restated the order to them & they completely made a fool of me. I was too nice to the delivery driver for that pizza to have been bought here. I don't have to explain anything cause the pic speaks it all. These fast food places these days are only making free checks, cause they don't care at all about how they fix people's food. I'm going to do more than this review, God don't sleep. And by the way, they can't say we ate anything, cause I literally walked in house, opened the cold box, & was shocked...
