McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

08/31/2025- Still can't get an order correct. Ordered a KIDS MEAL, extra fries, sanrio toy. Didn't get extra fries, didn't get sanrio toy & instead gave me apples 2 days PAST the sell by date. Had to call corporate because these people never answer the phone to take complaints yet claim on their inside message board, that they are 99% or whatever accurate. Its lies! It's hard to get your complaints when you never ANSWER your phone. No messages are returned either. I get mistakes happen but with this place it's constant & they hide the people they've wronged instead of fixing the problem. Adding additional photos of the apples if it let's me. Edit: Years later and this place still can't get a 2 star rating from me. So tired of them screwing up my order and I do everything from a Mobil app so it's literally sent right to them. When I try to call to get what I paid for, no one answers. When you leave a message, no one returns your call. When I pay over 2$ extra for my sandwich to have bacon just to get home and find out it doesn't, it makes me angry. When I order a 20pc nugget and order 4 sauces to go with it and find only ketchup in the bag, it pisses me off. Not to mention the cheese they want to charge extra for, ends up on the box like the picture I included. I'd be embarrassed to own this resteraunt and I will be going above heads to...

How hard is it to turn the drive-thru signs?

Pretty much every morning, the drive-thru signs are still rotated to the dinner menu. This leaves people guessing what they want for breakfast. I called the district manager and let her know my concern and that I didnt even know they offered a chicken McGriddle until I happened to notice it on the back side of the sign. This causes sales issues....you cant sell new menu items if people dont know about them.

The district manager agreed to take care of the issue, yet it has not been resolved in over a month.

The staff are quite slow compared to other locations, which is a shame as this location is directly off of the highway.

The staff are also indifferent in attitude, they are not rude per se, but they generally lack no emotion to customers, yet have a general poor attitude about being there, like they lack any work effort.

The food quality is hit-and-miss when it comes to accuracy and quality.

I challenge the district manager to take a look at her store on Main street in Hilliard and duplicate it at Wilson, even if it means...

This McD's can't get an order right no matter how many chances you give them. This trip was to get a replacement meal for the one that was messed up the night before - and I always ask when they are handing me the bag if this is the special sandwich without ketchup (very serious allergy to tomatoes). The first night they forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich that I paid extra for so I called. They said to come back the next night and they would replace the meal. I went back the next night and ordered the same meal minus the ketchup and add bacon (again). This time they tried to wipe the ketchup off where they put it on and still forgot the bacon. I only go to this one because it is literally around the corner from my house but I guess I will start driving the mile and a half to the other one to see if they can get my order right. It's very disconcerting that I have to check my sandwich to make sure they don't put ketchup on and wipe it off when you specifically tell them there is a tomato allergy when ordering.
