McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

This just happened at about 1030 it started tonight I sent my sis in law to get dinner for the house she wrote down what everyone wanted which wasn't a lot bacon egg amd chews middle 2 egg mcmuffins a mcdouble small fry a cinamelt 3 fudge sundaes they hand her the ice cream first put the window amd tell her to pull up 10 minutes later someone comes out to ask what she ordered they forgot they said she told them then a different worker brings out the food she gets home no mcdouble in the bag and 2 sausage mcmuffin which are a dollar and gross rather than the egg mcmuffins we ordered so I decide to go with her to get the order at least right we get to,the drive thru speaker and I try and exain to the gentlemen working he starts arguing immediately saying she sent the egg mcmuffins back into the store which no,such thing happened with my sis they must have sent our egg mcmuffinz to another vehicle which sent them back he will not even hear this the manager comes up I try to explain to get she just says well he said this and I was just wanting the right sandwiches and I'd be on my way instead the gentleman work8ng there was basically calling us liars and snaking his lips at everything we said finally I,just asked for a refund mind you the order totaled to 21.01 I hand her the bag she then goes through the bag and refunds me what's I, the bag which was the wrong food the dollar sandwiches and cold cinamelt she hand me 6 something I asked how is that I paid for egg mcmuffin she said ill only refund what's in the bag how is it that I drove away with 3 melted sundaes which are a dollar apiece and at the end a 8 dollar and change refund on a 21 dollar order.I cannot believe the manager stood there while the employees basically told me and my sister we were liars rather than telling them not to speak to cuatomers that way I have never been treated this way at any restaurant nor have I ever been one to complain bit what the hell she then asked me for my me and phone number when she gave me the 8 dollar refund so I left there like 11 dollars less money and no food ridiculous on so many levels I can't believe the way they treat leolem. My sis should be been apologized to for them allowing her to sit for close to a half hour waiting on the original wrong food but no were lying becauae that's our purpose in life to wait til 11 at night and try to get food only to try and make sure the employees have a bad night I don't understand their logic or her mathematical,skills as a manager horrible place to eat don't go...

I wouldn’t consider this location 24 hours , they are always not taking orders around or down 3-6am . Yesterday I came to the drive thru and the lady on the intercom said “what can I get you “ then she said “Hold on “ very unprofessional response , we proceed to wait 25 mins and we were the first car in line and the line grew bigger behind us , we said hello at the speaker again and she said “hold on “ after 10 more minutes because yes I waited I’m pregnant and be craving a iced coffee I patiently waited a guy came out twice taking out the trash the 2nd time I asked him were they taking orders and he responds “hold on hold on “ like just answer the question a car drove around to the window as I was walking up to the window to ask , the car sped off aggressively and when I got to the window and asked the lady she stated “we’re not taking orders I don’t know why she’s not telling people that “ I guess she had to fix her draw or something but why not communicate with the customers that y’all are not taking orders instead of saying “hold on “ but everytime I come up there it’s always something . For example I came a couple days ago and ordered a large ice Carmel coffee I got to the window the guy proceed to try to give me a small hot coffee I stated I did not order that and he said they don’t have ice coffee so I asked why she didn’t tell me that at the speaker he stated she was new so I ask what they had to replace it with something else and he was trying to change and charge me for it as if I didn’t just pay for a large ice coffee and he try to give me a small hot one like What ! Then it was another person a lady next to him and she said “what do you want “ I stated ice coffee but he said y’all didn’t have any and she was like yes we do , he stood there looking caught...

#disabilityreview: I was raised pretty much in this neighborhood. I respect there being a place for the people in the neighborhood to go to Easily to get to as a job but we all are struggling and I also struggle and at the moment that I decided to order something it was because my stomach was pretty much turning from something else that I had drank or ate and I was trying to resolve that. So I asked for my sandwich in a certain manner, which included light sauce and I had to wait and it still couldn't be given to me the way that I asked for it. And I understand that mistakes can be made but you know I worked fast food before there has to be some quality assurance. There has to be some check-in in place or someone who is able to be mindful on each and every job, everywhere because people don't jump over the counter at places because of some fries. They're probably jumping over the counter because it's their last dollar and you mess it up because they're trying to feed their kids and it's messed up. That's why people get upset and angry and we understand your position too. This isn't the most well-paid job I guess. I'm sorry for our condition all the way around. And part of me for posting this instead of calling but most times when you call a fast food place around lunch can't get somebody to come on the phone. It takes too long to explain and I get so many orders messed up not ihere. Not here at this location. Just period Because I'm always out driving so I posted it but I wanted to say also that like some of us have medical conditions. You know what I'm saying.
