New Garden — Restaurant in Columbus

I had been coming here for years. I allways order with no carrots. They put a lot of carrots in my lo mein. And i didnt realize it till i got back to work. When i called to inform them of there mistake she said bring the food back and we will fix it. I told them there was no way i could bring it back because i was at work and didnt get off until 11. I suggested that maybe they could give me a eggroll or a soup or something the next day and they refused. They exspected me to drive back there when i had already took my break and waste more gas for them to fix it when they could have offered me something else the next time since it was THERE MISTAKE. That is no way to treat your customers. And CHINA STAR on gentian blvd would have never been that rude. And there prices are lower. I will be taking my buisness there...

I normally don’t post reviews but this Chinese restaurant is piss poor with respect to the black community the owner talks very belittling. It’s been multiple times I’ve had an issue here and I’m taking the time today to write a review. I am vegan so I come here to eat the veggies and side items and I called to place an order and the owner who’s the lady who takes the order was very rude . Because I had a special request about my meal she began to be very rude and interrupt me and force me off the phone to place order in person. I think the prices are fair. The food is great! They have a lot of choices. A lot of seafood choices. I purchased a quart of hot and sour soup, and requested extra tofu in it, they loaded me up with tofu. I would recommend this restaurant to others as they have other choices that aren't traditional Americanized Chinese food.
