Ohio State Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Columbus

Use to really like this restaurant but after today, will not be ordering from this restaurant. I paid for extra cheese on pizza and they BARELY put cheese on it then it looks like its missing a piece, not sure how she (Bri) messed that up. After calling restaurant and speaking to the "manager" Bri, stated with a bothersome attitude that maybe the pizza moved around and had the appearance that a piece was missing. Lady what?? She then had the audacity to get smart with me like, I did her wrong. Her less than sincere apology about how she's sorry I feel the way I feel but she didn't eat my pizza, which I never stated that she did. Cutting me off while repeating "Like I said" Bri, you should conduct yourself as a manager and watch your tone and verbiage when speaking to customers that you wronged. I paid MY money not yours! Won't get my money again!!

Look at the picture of this raggedy pizza Bri said she cut and boxed herself. Look NOTHING like the picture this restaurant advertises. Extra cheese where?? Tuh Mind you I haven't touched the pizza, it was delivered...

We ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce delivery. Pizzas where dry as hell no sauce just cheese and bread we called to make them aware of the issue. We told them we would bring the pizzas to them so they see it had no sauce but he refused and told us he will give us a 10% discount on next ordered ok one week later we ordered 2 pizzas and again asked for extra sauce the manager got mad because we told him last time we didn't get what we paid for and we would like extra sauce on our pizza ok they delivered pizzas and it was made right this time. So last night we ordered pizzas again we are waiting on them to get here all to get a call telling us the manager doesn't want to delivery to us anymore all because we ordered extra sauce and didn't get what we paid for. Wow yall come in our community and do us any kind of way over charge for things and we are just supposed to go with it NAW not here your food isn't that good anyway but the way we were treated just because we asked for extra sauce was unnecessary. #1 not putting salad dressing & fork in the bag with a salad will leave customers a different type of mad!!!!

#2 when after hours they’re making cars that are still waiting for orders to be made sit at the drive-through window. Tell them to circle back around or part and take it out there to them to keep the line moving.

#3 it would help tremendously if y’all make one way in and one way out in that parking lot

#4 please address the problem with people hanging out back of the restaurant asking people for money in the drive-through. Unacceptable.

#5 the meat in the salad is cut too thick. Keep it the same like the salads from up north

#6 Delivery drivers coming up to the window late at night to pick up orders is unacceptable. Y’all need to make the inside available for that or create a small cut out window for delivery drivers like at McDonald’s and Wendy’s other restaurants are catching on to this and it has helped...
