Twice I have placed orders here. The first time I was told food would be ready in 35/minutes I got there in 40 minutes the food was not ready. Still waited an additional 30 minutes after the first 40. So now we are at 1hr 10 minutes. I finally get the food after waiting an hour and twenty two minutes. I ordered seafood platters. When I arrived home there was only one seafood platter and something else I didn't order. So I had to take the food back to get what I paid for. Had the food I paid for but instead of giving it to me fresh I got cold fish shrimp and crabcakes. Since they screwed up he let me keep the other platter of fish that I didn't order. Today I ordered two manicotti parmesian chicken meals and one cheesecake. Since I know how slow they move I waited an hour to get the food because I didn't want to wait at location. Once I get there he asked me to wait for the garlic bread to get done and I waited five minutes and he hands me the food. I get home and its freaking spaghetti and meatballs and fried mushrooms. In had to drive from 161 back to Leonard again for the replacement because he saidnhe had my food there and it was ready, once I get there this MF tells me oh wait ten minutes I have to remake it, I say so you mean to tell me the same food that took 35 minutes before to make is only gonna be ten minutes he says yes they had my food ready but it fell on the floor from the back of the oven. So I say I know how long y'all take to make food and its not gonna be ten minutes I have an appointment he says just give me 15 then so it went up to 15 from 10. I asked for compensation for.my.time and I felt like I should have been refunded and still got what I ordered. This place is a freaking disaster every time I have ordered from here the food is good tasting but I have to jump thru loops and bounds. Read moreI order from here all the time and I love their food, they have some mistakes here and there but they’re humans.. so no big deal. But today, I ordered chicken for my child and I thought it was kind of fast to get done. The chicken was slimy and bleeding in the inside once you got to the center. So I called them back to tell them, the chicken was basically still raw and undone and my toddler was eating it. He said bring it back and they can replace it, I told them I didn’t want to waste gas going back and forth besides I shouldn’t have to, since the problem was their fault. I asked if it could be delivered to me, and I was told no since my order was pick up. As a business you should do any and everything to keep your customers and to keep them happy.. so since I didn’t bring the food back up there to be replaced, he did nothing about the Raw food. And didn’t even give an apology! I stated I will be calling the health department and he said “do what you want” , they got the money for the food and that’s all that’s to it with this business! Read moreLeonard Avenue location. The only reason they get 1 star is because the manager was willing to fix the problem. We ordered an extra large cheese pizza. When it got here, the cheese was all on one side. (I wish I could post pictures). Almost like the driver carried it sideways. Then when the same driver brought back the new pizza, she was very rude and mad that we had eaten some of the pizza. Well yeah. We were hungry and it was late. We didn't know how long it was going to take to get the replacement and the manager never said anything about exchanging. He simply said that he would replace the pizza. So we tried to eat some of the pizza. We are not going to order from this location again. We will drive to the Cleveland Avenue location from now on. I hope the owner sees this post because the Leonard Avenue location is giving them a bad name...
