Everytime I order a bowl it's wrong. Called today and the manager told me to order it differently bc the staff forgets how to prepare some of the bowls and has issues when there's more than 3 substitutions. (So i should pay more to customize a bowl bc your receipts are only printing substitutions...) Its constantly an issue with "training" bc they've been open "less than 2 years", despite this being the only location to constantly get orders wrong. The manager also blamed this on them being mostly high school students and they make mistakes.....as a business where u accept money in exchange for something perhaps you shouldn't hire 14 to 17year Olds if you can't seem to get them trained sufficiently time and time again. Sorry not sorry but kids are slow these days. And when I mentioned that perhaps it's a management issue at this point I'm now being rude....even tho she literally tried to make it my fault by asking for substitutions. Read moreI went in tonight because I was feeling under the weather. Thought a bowl would make me feel better it’s my second time checking this place out. My first experience was amazing, though this time will be why I’m not returning to the franchise. I go in with my girlfriend we are (black women) and I’m standing at the counter. The two young ladies working ignore me, as if they don’t see me and continue to clean and do other orders. At this time my girlfriend and I are the only ones inside. A couple minutes go by of standing there and another customer comes in an older lady (white). She was immediately greeted and asked what she needed. I was shocked I couldn’t hide the emotion on my face. After the woman receives her order and leaves the employee then looks at me and then asks if I need anything. Read moreMy bowl was not made right. It had too much granola and not enough açaí. The workers tried to hide the fact that they didn’t put enough açaí in the bowl by stuffing it with strawberries. I had asked the worker to put my nutella ON TOP but she said they weren’t allowed to do that because it was going to stick on the lid and i said i don’t mind. Instead she didn’t put anything at all and I had to go back in and ask for nutella. She didn’t even put enough nutella on top. I paid a dollar extra for it and i should get a proper amount. When i asked for more she said they “didn’t have any”. I also didn’t get any coconut flakes and honey on my açaí even though my bowl comes with it.
